JP and Doris are amazing and fun! Everything about our experience was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect, the sunset sailing was spectacular. We even got to help with the sails and heard about the legends of the land and sea. You are so close to all the best restaurantes (with Tahitian dance), beaches, and other fun attractions.
Nothing!!!

From arriving at the Yacht Club, we where made extremely welcome.
We had good directions to get to the Yacht Club. The boat is beautiful and is located in the beautiful Ōpūnohu Bay. Overlooked by the Amazon mountains of Morea.
The yacht club had good food if you wanted to eat on shore. We were advised to take food for the days JP and Doris didn’t provide food. We came up short one day and they shared some amazing food with us, they didn’t have to do this. JP and Doris are fabulous owners. We also had Fani join us for the snorkel tour. She was laid back, really nice, and we had lots of laughs.
You’re on a boat - so do you preparations before hand.
We loved every minute!

The hosts are lovely. They embarked on this exciting adventure two and a half years ago, and were generous to share it with us. JP and Doris were kind enough to offer us the main cabin, which was very comfortable. They are extremely easy-going, enagaging and kind.
The boat is a dream; three cabins with wooden interior. It is equipped with everything that you will need during your stay.
The sailing trip was thrilling. JP prepared a fresh and filling lunch for all of us. I hightly recommend future guests to take the sea sickness pill. I didn't and as a result was nauseus during most of the excursion. The snorkeling part was my favorite, where we got to see blacktip sharks, stingrays and tikis, among dozens of species of fish and corals.
On our first night, we got takeaway Thai food from one of the local businesses on the island. After having dinner in the common area of the boat, JP suprised us with a guitar and his talent to play it! We sang dozens of songs. It was harmonic end to a wonderful day.
Breakfast is cofffee, fruits and bread with local jams. Quite nice.
The inside of the boat has a bit of a smell. I felt it when I first arrived, but by the second day I was used to it. I'm not sure where the smell came from or whether it was caused by a cleanliness deficiency, yet it was bearable.

We stayed three nights at this lovely sailing boat. The boat is very nice & precisely manufactured. Everything was perfectly clean and we felt comfortable. A wonderful sailing trip was included with information about sailing and a music session. Doris and JP are very heartwarming hosts. Everyday we woke up in the calm marina with a scenic view and got delicious breakfast on board. Close by there is a restaurant which serves great fish dishes. It was a very nice experience and we enjoyed it to the fullest!

It was very fun to stay in a sail boat, Doris and JP are great and very helpful, the room was nice and breakfast was delicious.
Showers need to be very fast unless you go to the marine, there is no hot water in the boat or the marine. There is no wifi but that's part of the charm too.

The location of the boat is in a beautiful setting in Opunohu Bay. You're basically guaranteed a gorgeous sunset. Great communication with both Doris and JP—quick replies to all the messages through Booking and Whatsapp. If you need to go ashore, a dinghy is readily available for supermarket trips, land-based activities and showers at the marina. We had a few pleasant evenings cooking meals, drinking wine and chatting with the other guests and the hosts. Overall, a fun and unique stay on a sailboat.
Breakfast is the same every day and consists of carbs only: bread and jam, no protein at all.

Doris and JP were very kind with during all our stay.
Breakfast was based on bread with jams and fruit, all of very good quality. :)
Due to a misunderstanding, we did not bring food for the stay, but very kindly they offered to cook for us and we paid them the menu price. Very kind from their side since the supermarkets were far away and we did not have transport to get around.
Note that we did the snorkeling excursions with Doris, who took us to strategic points to see many fish, turtles, as well as being able to swim with sharks and rays.
With JP we went sailing, and it was a very rewarding experience as we were able to learn about the world of sailing and the work that having a sailboat entails.
Recommended experience for couples who want to get out of the traditional, and meet people from all over the world.

The boat is absolutely fabulous and the hosts were extremely kind and their hospitality was just amazing!!! There is a wonderful place to hike and Doris offered an amazing experience with the sting rays and sharks along with the turtles, but even more beautiful was snorkeling above a school of 20+ juvenile eagle in the channel for over 30 minutes!!! So surreal!!!!!
The food they prepared was all fantastic and they are both wonderful chefs!!!!!
I would absolutely recommend this opportunity to everyone!!!!!
Thank you Kindly for making my vacation the best I have ever had!!!!!

The owners are a lovely young couple that are amazing hosts. I had a great time staying on the boat and doing several activities they proposed. The bed in the cabin was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was simple but good. I would recommend this for someone who likes to stay on a boat.
I enjoyed my stay.
