First off, I will say that the place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, glasses, etc. Unfortunately our positive experience ended there. We weren't given all the necessary codes to access the keys. Not a big problem, one phone call solved the issue. The screen door was off on the patio. It would've been nice to have the patio door open to let in some fresh air. When we turned on the water in the master bath, part of the faucet came shooting out making the shower unusable. It took several phone calls and was finally fixed the day before we left. The biggest problem was that we had no WIFI. We made several phone calls, including spending way too much time troubleshooting. They promised to get it fixed, but never did despite us calling once or twice a day. This problem never got fixed and we went THE ENTIRE 4 DAYS WITHOUT WIFI! Not fun to spend vacation calling about repairs needed in the place you are paying to stay.

Great position and great view, kitchen well equipped
No WiFi for the entire trip even though we called multiple times to ask for technical support, that affected the air conditioning that was connected to the WiFi, meaning we couldn't control it. Finally, on our last day the electricity on the kitchen wall was not working. And the sofa bed was terrible
