Great place right in the center

Great location, large comfortable room, outside seating area with view of the church, easy communication with owners, fantastic bed, mini fridge, microwave and glasses, very clean, AC worked well, had WiFi. Parking is off site (you can't drive into the center) but it's a short walk and only costs 8 Lev/day. We parked in the smaller lot to the right when you cross the bridge and we had no problems.

Everything was great. Just know that this bathroom is the shower over the toilet kind. It worked well and was clean but after you shower you can't do anything in the bathroom for a bit.

Everything was awesome in this property! Very charming old house in the middle of Old Nessebar . The room was extremely clean and spacious. The balcony was the best part, I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning .The owners were super friendly and helpful. We had such a great experience there. Definitely will come back. Thank you!

Cute accomodation in middle of old town Nesebar

Situated in the middle of the old town, walking distance to lovely beach, cute small room overlooking ancient ruins!

There was no-one around to ask any questions to, a teenage boy met us when we arrived to give me the key but there was no-one around next day to ask if we could leave bags or what to do with key, so we had to leave it in the door and carry bags around in v hot weather. I knocked in the owner's door but no answer.

Comfortable sleep in the heart of Old Town, great host

Communication with the host was exceptionally good and reliable. In general the host is great: responsive and cooperative. E.g. although no tea or coffee is provided by the property, when I asked for it they brought me the coffee. A cork-screw was also provided immediately. In addition, the host allowed me late check-out. The bedroom was very comfy, with a good bed, with lots of space for the clothes, the bedroom windows allow for privacy, quiteness and fresh air despite a very central location in a lively area. Warm and cosy on a chilly day.

I stayed in a room upstairs and found the stairs rather steep, may not work for an elderly person. The kitchenette is basic: a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge, with no cooker or hospitality tray (no teas coffee sugar etc) which can be expected for the rate. (Although I was kindly given some coffee packs the very day I asked). No sink in the kitchenette - you have to use the tap in the bathroom. By the configuration of the kichenette a guest is expected to lunch and dine out (which is fine as Nessebar has plenty of eating places all around). No shower cubicle (which is traditional for Bulgaria) and the boiler in the bathroom is not big. A balcony is shared and not connected with the room, actually it is the upper level terrace-porch you pass to get upstairs to your room. There are 2 tables on it, so not actually a problem, but to have a bed-time drink on the balcony you need to carry everything out and then back again.

Excellent price, perfect location, must book this!!

Incredible location, hospitable hosts, nice rooms with private baths and exceptional price. Can't beat the location in the midst of Old Town! Nice little deck overlooking archeological ruins and quaint streets. Would stay here again and recommend it in heart beat!

Showering was difficult as it showered the entire bathroom, making it difficult to use the bathroom after and stay dry. But as Americans we just aren't used to this setup which we have found to be very common in Bulgaria.

Cute apartment

Cute little apartment in the old town. Beds were comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Fine for a short stay

The kitchen wasnt very well equipped, you'd struggle to make larger meals as there was only one pot, no chopping board, no proper bowls.

Enjoying the old town first hand

The location is great, in the center of the town, yet on a quiet street. The parking is near by as near as can be on this place. The room was feeling big albeit not that huge, being functional helped, galore of power sockets.

Almost all the complaints are on the bathroom. Which was very small, a shower WC combo, and was not working at concept level, after a shower toilet paper if you forget it was wet, everything in the room wet, even in the height of the summer I guess is not that convenient,
