We was advised the property was on the ground floor, it wasn't it was on the lower ground. Blinds broken - husband repaired them. Not enough crockery for 5 people, plastic cutlery, smelly fridge, dirty, mouldy food left in the cupboard, kitchen units broken, back door open on arrival, no soap in en suite, skid marks in the toilet, dining table sat 4 people and there were 5 of us.

The interior design of the house was newly furnished. The access to house was easy. There was an elevator in the building. There was a paid car park just next to it.
The room wasn't ready when we checked in at 10pm. There were no duvet cover and bed sheet on either rooms. We had to call someone and ask for the stuff, and we were told to get the sheets from dryer machine and set it ourselves (?!) As they were all wet, someone finally came and set the clean and dry sheets for us.
But there were no toilet paper in any toilets, no soap, no shampoo in any bathrooms. It was like an empty new build house.. there were 2 towels only, both has stains on them so we didn't want to use them either. We had to go to our car and get the tissues in our car, and use as toilet paper and towel... such a shame experience for this new furnished house.

They cancelled even though it said rooms were available. Left me stranded without a anywhere to stay that evening.

I have nothing positive to say about the property or the people running it.
The worst thing was the horrendous and disgusting stains on the bed linen, so I'll start there. Brown stains on the duvet about waist height. White clumpy stains on the cushions (please see the pictures and make your own mind up as to whether my description is accurate), filthy bedsheets, no toilet paper, one bath towel which was wet. Dirty worksurfaces in the kitchen. Food rolling around in the freezer. One wine glass. A full dishwasher which when I took a glass out had a screw in it. The taps in the bath broken. A very poor standard of workmanship and finish throughout the flat with a dishwasher that moves when you open it, light fittings hanging out of kickboards in the kitchen, and some building work remnants still in the drawers in the bathroom. Furniture was broken in both bedrooms, and I could go on.
The apartment was so bad that we couldn't stay there. We upgraded to the Travelodge (never thought I'd say that) where the first thing we did was shower as I had laid on the bed in my clothes for 5 minutes before discovering the disgusting state of the bedclothes at this apartment and it had made my skin crawl.
Booking.com refunded the rental fee, but it took many ignored messages to the property management followed by eight phone calls over the space of a week or so before the £25 late checkout fee that I paid to them directly was finally refunded, which then only happened when I threatened to write to the director of the company whose address I found on Companies House.
The photos are also misleading. They own many properties in this building and the photos seem to be an amalgamation of all of those which means that no matter which apartment you are put in, it won't resemble the photos you've looked at when you booked. This could easily be rectified with a sentence saying the same, but it's not, so in my mind it's deliberately misleading.
This is the first bad letting I've had through Booking.com, but it has been an awful...

Beautiful apartment, just could have been a bit cleaner. Bed sheets were clean but had old stains and the kitchen chairs had food on them from previous visitors. Facilities were great and generally the apartment was lovely.

The whole place was dirty, it really ruined everything else we didn’t use the bath/shower during our stay as it was that dirty. The kitchen work surface was dirty, there were stains on the bed sheets and the toilet had stains in it. The towels were very old and washed too much they were dry/hard we did not use them.

It's nice modern building/apartment. Two bedroom with two bathrooms is a great benefit. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The beds were made up nicely too.
However, the matrasses could do with a change as they are worn out and alos smelt of body odour. And that smell was on the pillows too, which made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no towels provided, all beit it's self-catering facility, but towels should be provided. There was no extra toilet tissue, only what's in the holder and that's it. In the kitchen, no cleaning products provided, not even a roll of kitchen tissue. Most of the plates, cups, glasses and utensils etc was left dirty in the dishwasher, therefore, we had very little clean stuff to use. Food staff like old loaf of bread was found in a cabinet. The freezer contaned leftover food too. The washing machine contained dirty laundry, so that wasnt available to use. The living room floor (laminated) could do with a proper mop, as it's dirty and sticky in places. The sofa and cushions also smelt of body odour unfortunately. Both coffee tables were broken/unstable, so it was best not to use them. The standing fan did not work, even though we made a special request for a fan at the time of booking, as we were staying over the hottest days of the year.
Shortly after arrival, we provided photos of the kitchen conditions in particular to the owner, however, they made no comment in return, not even an acknowledgement, which was very disappointing indeed. We even tried calling them on the mobile number provided, (as advertised " call your host - they are just a phone call away") but they did not respond nor did they call back. Very disappointing experience.

Property was filthy was not cleaned , dirty bed sheets with crumbs and hair everywhere food in the sink … made a very uncomfortable stay

The apartment was modern and relatively clean and close to the town.
1. we found a tumble dryer with towels, two pairs of knickers and a t shirt in it
2. Freezer with old food in it
3.Food left in the cupboards
4. On Wed 23rd loud house music/dance music was played from 10.00pm through to 2.30am from the apartment above us.
5. A man who lived across the road from the apartments was shouting/swearing at the people telling them to shut up.
6. The bed was wobbly and at 1.30am the frame broke it came away from the headboard and the slats came away meaning along with the noise by wife and I resorted to trying to sleep on the much smaller bed in the other room.
Due to the heat we had to keep the windows open so along with the blaring music and being cramped together in a small bed you can imagine we hardly slept.

We tried to get in touch with the letting agent on mobile number we were given 07932 972784 on Thurs 24th to let them know the bed was broke and about the loud music and despite my wife making numerous telephone calls and text messaging including texting at 2.30am in the morning nobody got in touch with us and this is the only number we had.
My wife bumped into a lady who lives in the apartments and she said that she would call another number for the rented residence and would get them to call us. A lady called Paige called us at about 4.00pm in the afternoon of Thurs 24th, her mobile number is 07568 786615. She apologised for all the problems and said that she could not get the bed fixed today but would get it done on Friday 25th. She emailed my wife in the morning on Frid25th and assured us that someone would be around to clean out the freezer, remove the items in the tumble dryer and fix the bed. She said that one of her colleagues had been up to the apartment above us (we believe it was no 29) and had spoken to them.
7. We returned in the evening and the bed had been fixed
On our last night the stink of cannabis and music started at 11.30pm & went on til 3.

I booked 3 flats and all of them were so dirty. Additionally none of the toilets had toilet paper or soap.

It was close (in) the town center.
The bedrooms had no blinds or curtains meaning sleep was difficult. There ware not enough mugs. The windows were dirty and the oven was filthy and the hob was cracked, there was food left in the fridge. There were not enough towels.

not enough bowls for the amount of people staying, some plates/bowls not cleaned properly, ensuite shower screen not clean.
The step to the main apartment building the metal trim has come loose and bent(not the fault of the owner of the apartment)

It was near the seafront and shops and restaurants. The property is modern and nicely furnished.
I didn’t get the apartments that I booked. There were not enough towels for our group. The lock on number 75 is loose and doesn’t lock properly and we had to push the hall table against it at night.

The apartment needs some maintenance- no cold water in kitchen, no slip mat for bath. Stains on bedding and tea towel and bedding smelt sweaty. Such a shame as beautiful place just needs some tlc to solve the problems

quiet location
This was not a particularly pleasant experience for us to say the least. Where to start? Firstly, the bedding and towels were smelly and not at all crisp or fresh. More like they had just been given a shake from the previous stay rather than having been changed. There was frozen food in the freezer (chicken nuggets, frozen veg), the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, someone's toiletries were stashed away in the bathroom cupboard, there weren't enough glasses, nor were there any bulbs in the various lamps around the apartment. The door handle had fell off one of the bedroom doors (I nearly managed to lock myself in), and although my booking said I had a balcony - upon arrival I didn't! Someone obviously uses this apartment as digs in the week, and we were filling in on one of the void days ....which is completely fine, but at the very least do a thorough clean and present the property as you would hope to find it. I thought we'd actually been given the wrong apartment by mistake, but no, we were told later that this indeed was the correct apartment! It took several days for any meaningful correspondences or answers from the owners ....when they did eventually respond, they claimed that they had done a full inspection, and that the towels and sheets were not stained - we had never suggested the sheets or towels were stained, just dirty as in not clean, smelling of sweat, and had quite obviously not been changed. No mention of any food, dirty dishes, lack of bulbs or broken doors! Oddly, their response was that they advertise balconies on all of their apartment listings, knowing full well that some don't actually have them! Unfortunately, you never really get anywhere complaining in these scenario's, but 4 disappointed guests words against one says it all. They have actually offered us a free nights stay within the next 3 months as some sort of compensation - thanks, but absolutely no chance! Overall, this was a shame as

It will be good to have all the keys details sent at the exact time of checking or a few minutes earlier. I never would like to call a host for details when I enter a property specially when we arrived an hour after checking time.
The all experience and location was excellent just that I booked for 5 people we end up being only 4 people. but there was only towels for three people. The 16PM check in and 10 PM check out probably need to be revised.

Value for money was good, apartment was well equipped and new
The 'balcony' was more of a terrace but unfortunately we couldn't use it as it was full of weeds and rubbish including a dirty nappy and dozens of fag butts, if it was clean and tidy with a table and chairs it would have been much better. Also one of the bedrooms had not curtains or nets and had lots of windows nearby that could see in so we couldn't use that room.

The apartment was very dirty. There was old food in the cupboards and in the freezer. Oven dirty. Destructive doors that did not close, hinges ripped off. We cleaned the bath to wash ourselves.
