One of the worst rooms I have ever seen.Rooms are really dirty, dustbins are kept on the table , no kettles , dirty bathroom, noisy place , dirty floors. Do not believe the pictures shared by the hotel as they are completely fake. Pls don’t book any rooms in this hotel. Poor customer service and people in the reception here sit in groups , chit chat and have fun.

IN ALL RESPECTS, IT IS OK

THIS IS UNDER RENOVATION, WE ARE NOT MUCH HAPPY TO STAY DUE TO THAT CLAUSE. HOWEVER , IT MAY NE GOOD AFTER WORK IS OVER FOR FUTURE COMING TOURIST

IT SHOULD BE COMPLETED BEFORE BOOKING TO TOURST. SOMEHOW WE HAVE MANAGED WITH GOOD STAFF.

The room was very nice and the location was good to view the Clouds .

The Facilities and Watter hearter is not working at all the time. It's very important to stay in hotel.so need to make heater working at the all the time .

King suite with balcony was good. There was construction work going on. But the room was very silent. You could hear no sound of it inside room. Very good and co-operative staffs

All the pictures which they shown is entirely scam. We paid for two days and 2 nights , but we ran away from this hotel

First of all this picture and actually hotel rooms are entirely different . Actually this pictures like scam

Pathetic experience, don't ever book here.

Nothing to like here, my experience was pathetic at this place. I would recommend not to book this place.

The staff was very bad. They never listened to our requests. There is nobody at reception to attend. The staff would switch off phone to avoid customers. There was no wifi. Light would go frequently. The mattress was very stiff, causing me back pain. The room was unclean. The bathroom flush was leaking. Continuous noise due to construction work. Pillow cover was very bad.
