Housekeeping / cleaning staff are thieves

The location was good. Breakfast was good and lot of varieties to choose from.

Housekeeping/ Cleaning staff are thieves. They stole the snacks and drinks from the minibar while we were away for the day and charged us claiming we consumed it.

Nice stay.

Great location.Good staff.Amazing breakfast.One of the best i have had.

Its just a boutique hotel.Cant be called a resort as not much inaide the property.Just a building and swimming pool.Lobby small and ordinary.Nothing close to a five star.

Pathetic Experience

Completely unprofessional and fraud. Had double charged me for the stay and when I asked for the bill against the double charge, committed for the refund. Its more than 20 days and with 3 commitments, 10 message reminders. Reminder to Manager on his personal number and still no resolution. Completely unprofessional and unethical on the part of IHG

Air con to work Taxi to be ordered when you ask for it and not have to keep chasing Having to chase for house keeping to clean your room The pool staff using the music system as private party

В целом все понравилось. Выбором отеля очень довольны. Но брать нужно было только завтрак.

Прекрасный сетевой отель. Приветливый персонал. Уютная чистая красивая территория. Есть чистый небольшой бассейн. Хороший завтрак. До пляжа хорошая асфальтированная дорога. Пляж не далеко. Пляж чистый немноголюдный с хорошим шейком.

На обеды и ужины практически вся еда ОЧЕНЬ острая! Европейскому человеку практически кушать нечего! Особенно ребенку! Отель все таки европейский! А еда индийская! Рекомендую руководству отеля значительно расширить ассортимент европейских блюд без специй и перца - на обед и ужин!!!!

Room size, facilities, proximity to the beach, staff's attitude

Upon arrival I could feel the room was not ventilated and I needed to open the terrace door so that some fresh air can get it. Yet, the terrace door at my room did not have a net against mosquitos and as a result I couldn't sleep well since I needed to stay awake to protect myself against the mosquitos. This was the only unpleasant part regarding the room experience. I also had a massage which was great! I was a little bit surprised to understand that the price mentioned in the leaflet was without taxes so upon payment I needed to pay almost 1000 rupees more for taxes. It would have been nice to have that mentioned/communicated that better.

Стильный отель высокого качества, внимательны к гостям

Останавливались в отеле на 4 дня в феврале. Заранее написали о предстоящем дне рождении. Сотрудники встретили приветливо, знали о пожелании и предложили апгрэйд номера. За это отдельное спасибо! Отель очень хороший, дизайнерски оформлены номера, большие номера, большая удобная кровать с выбором подушек разной жесткости. В душевой были все туалетные принадлежности (шампунь, кондиционер, фен, ватные диски, одноразовая бритва, пилочка). В номере был чайник с набором, мини-бар(пустой), питьевая вода каждый день, телевизор, балкон. Нам дали номер с прекрасным видом на пальмы и бассейн на 4 этаже. Завтраки в отеле отличные, делают омлет или другие варианты яичницы под заказ, панкейки, выпечка, местная еда, фрукты, овощи, соки, кофе, холодный кофе. В общем вкусно и много всего и главное очень красивое кафе и приятное обслуживание. Бассейн хороших размеров, на фото может немного больше , но действительно хороший бассейн с шезлонгами в воде и снаружи. Территория небольшая, но для Азии больше и надо, все ухоженно и красиво. Можно брать полотенца на пляж и бассейн. Отель расположен в 5 мин ходьбы на пляж по тихой улице, или можно воспользоваться гольф-каром. Пляж candolim оказался очень чистым, место у отеля более пустынное, Мало людей, но есть кафе и шезлонги. Если заказываете что-то в кафе, может пользоваться шезлонгами. Или оплатить только их. Если отойти от пляжа отеля вправо в сторону калангута буквально минут 5 появляется много кафе, много шезлонгов, на закате интересно прогуляться. То же самое касается основной улицы. Отель расположен удачно в конце этой улицы, где потише . Но пару минут и вы в центре. Рядом есть Форт. От аэропорта даболим добираться минут 40. Вечером устраивают ужины (за доплату) на территории перед бассейном, с обслуживанием поваров, официантов, живая музыка, приятная функция.

Comfortable stay in Candolim

Holiday Inn offered a very clean and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is standard and good. The closest beach is a 4 minute walk away. The beach is sandy, clean and is not very popular - hence, less people!

We did not face any issue as such. I used the gym once, the gym could do with better maintenance and upkeep.

Zeer behulpzaam en leuk personeel

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De locatie was goed.

De kamer die wij kregen was voor invalide. Daardoor voorzien van beugels op de badkamer en een douchegordijn wat ik niet verwacht in deze prijsklasse en ook niet bij de boeking op de foto afgebeeld stond. Je kreeg als je niet zei alleen 2 grote handdoeken voor te douchen. Normaal zou ik zeggen horen er op z’n minst 2 kleine handdoeken bij voor de handen aan af te drogen.

Wonderfull staff. Overall great stay option if you looking for a hotel at Candolim, Goa.

We were able to check in early as requested. The arrangements for breakfast were superb. Overall, our time spent at the hotel was wonderful.

Currently, check-in times of 3 pm are difficult and a little late, given that if you arrive at the hotel early, that should be at least 1:00 pm.

Superb

The breakfast was lovely, with a wide spread and the Ros Omelette by Chef Urmila Fernandes was the best.

The staff at front desk could be more aware about local food.

Hotel has very less staff and no coordination among themselves We were waiting for 40 mins only for refilling of water bottles Imagine it is off season and still they are not able to give proper service Pathetic experience

My stay in this property was above expectation . The entire staff members ( Mr Gourav , Mr Avik , M/s Urmila ) were more than happy to come forward for any request from my side . This stay elevated my image of Holiday Inn .
