Clean. Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Nothing bad to say

There wasn’t anything negative to say about it.
The full size refrigerator was a plus.
Only problem we had was that the dishwasher was not anchored into the counter too & it would partially “fall out”. It didn’t affect our stay.

Excellent Location, clean area and great breakfast

The room was HUGE! Loved the amount of counterspace, and the table that moved on wheels, which we were able to use as a dinner table. Location was great for going to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Louisville, Bourbon Trail, and Buc-ee's! Price was GREAT!
The pool was gross, very cloudy. Cleanliness was lacking in the main areas, elevators, hallways, etc. There were dirty linens for the sofa bed. Breakfast was scraps, with 30-45 mins left in the time frame. Thankfully the Waffle House was in the parking lot. The room was never cleaned, however, housekeeping came in to empty our garbage and take our towels, but didn't leave enough towels for our family. It was strange to have housekeeping come in and not actually clean the room. Front desk workers were somewhat incompetent. Couldn't get us a clean pillow for the sofa bed, which had dirty linens from the last guests. Said they don't have access to pillows. We requested a 3rd key the next day, and then all 3 keys were deactivated. Frequently had to request clean towels in the pool area because there weren't any. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The rooms were very big and clean. The breakfast had a very good assortment.
Every day there was a new piece of whatever in the elevator... crumbs, a cleaning bottle, a little spoon. The stairway to the second floor, as well as the hallway, smelled like marijuana.

Nice amenities, the kitchenettes were a great touch! The room was very nice and modern. This place still looks very new!
Most of the staff just did not seem to care. We stayed 4 nights and never had housekeeping once, which I thought was odd. We later found out that the manager was out that weekend which could explain the lack of service/care. We never saw anyone at the desk, one day we waited at the desk for about 20 minutes to ask for towels and toilet paper and nobody ever showed up. When we did get a hold of someone, they would never talk to us, except to ask specifics about what we needed. When they were done, they would go back to the attached office and sit back down on their phone.
The one employee that helped us check in and helped us with another issue, I believe her name started with an M, was super sweet! I wish all of the other employees were like her. She was helpful and was the only one we ever saw actually staying near the desk.

Breakfast was ok, not the best selection. Beds were comfortable
The first room we were in smelled really strong of cigarettes. The staff were great and moved us right away.

We booked and prepaid for 5 rooms, 16 days in advance. When we arrived that night, the front desk staff informed me that they sold two of our rooms, and sent us to another hotel. This was my first experience with a MainStay Suites. Can't say that I'll try it again.

The suite was nice, more than I needed, and the location was a quiet area near I-75.
The breakfast was out of food by the time I arrived. Workers were blaming it on a delayed delivery and not handling it well. I didn’t bother to go down on the second morning but was told it was better despite no delivery being made. The shower doors were almost impossible to slide, needing realignment or silicon. I made coffee in my room…no sugar, no creamer, no decaf and I tried using two of the coffee cups which both leaked. I threw it out.

very clean and easy to get to off I75. breakfast was good. room was a good size for 6.

Excellent hotel! I booked it a couple hours before arriving and was a little nervous because the price was lower than most hotels but was pleasantly surprised! Newer hotel, very clean, large size rooms that comfortably slept 5 of us. Nice pool and served a nice hot breakfast. Highly recommend, will definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were very wonderful! They were really helpful and very nice. The breakfast was wonderful too. That was the reason we chose this hotel and we were not disappointed.
Your photos online were not so good. The photo of it from the outdoos made me unsure if it would be nice or not. The photos of the room did not look so good either.

Everything was amazing
6.0
Location was quiet and convenient to I75. The rooms have a full size refrigerator, a small stovetop, and full size microwave. The room was very spacious, comfortable beds, and large tv.
it was Breyerfest weekend and the hotel was packed. First morning breakfast they ran out of butter and jelly and orange juice. second day ran out of waffle batter. Third day no waffle batter, no sausage, no jelly. Eggs and gravy were cold and biscuits were hard. People were upset and tossing the food in the trash can. Maybe the people tossing the food didn’t notice there was a microwave. My opinion is poor planning on the hotel and I don’t think any staff member took the initiative to remedy the problem so they wouldn’t have the same problems the following morning. Geez, Walmart is just down the road so someone could go purchase a jar of jelly.
My other con is the pool. It is salt water but whoever maintains the pool chlorine put way too much in one of the days. It was so strong smelling that I had to tell our girls to get out because it was burning my eyes and giving me a headache and I was just watching and not swimming.
Next, there is 4 in our room with only 2 bath towels, 3 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 1 dirty washcloth. And only partial roll of toilet paper. There was no problem getting more; just need to ask and they will give you more. There isn’t daily housekeeping which was fine for us.

The property is new. The beds were comfy.
There were dishes in the room but no dish soap. Tissues were stuffed into the tissue box, like someone had taken out too many and stuffed them back in. It didn’t appear that the floor had been vacuumed.
