Quase perdemos ônibus por culpa do hotel

Localização

Eu realmente não entendo a nota desse lugar. 1. Eles nos venderam um passeio dizendo que retornariamos até 15h (falei que precisava pegar ônibus para San Salvador e o último sairia 17h30). Mas durante o passeio, descobrimos n acabaria antes de 16h30 e estava atrasado mais de 1h. Chegaríamos na rodoviária às 18h30. Por sorte, o motorista ofereceu nos levar a San Salvador por um preço bem abaixo do mercado. 2. Chuveiro péssimo 3. Café da manhã demorado. Começa às 7h30 e nosso passeio poderia nos coletar a partir de 8h. Pedimos a comida 7h30 e recebemos 8:10. Tivemos 5 minutos para comer 4. Quando chegamos, às 10 da manhã, falaram que estavam sem água quente no nosso quarto e nos colocariam em outro quarto, com mais uma cama. Aí falaram que n podíamos usar a outra cama (!) e que poderíamos já deixar a mala no quarto, que estava pronto, MAS NÃO PODERIAMOS USA-LO ANTES DAS 15, horário do checkin. Quantas mesquinharia. 5. Cobram taxa de 2 dólares para qualquer transação com cartão de crédito 6. O quarto não é moderno como nas fotos. 7. Voce dorme e acordo ouvindo pombas sobre o forro Estive em uma viagem por toda a América Central e essa hospedagem conseguiu ser a pior possível.

Leider hatte war Schimmel an der Wand. Auch die Betten an sich waren etwas unbequem. Duschen haben nicht immer funktioniert

Goede locatie, medium dorm

Je zit midden in het centrum wat erg fijn is. Het hotel ziet er opzich netjes uit en het gratis ontbijt is fijn.

De dorm waar ik in sliep was erg warm en klein. Een oud stapelbed en een eenpersoonbed stonden onhandig in de kamer. Zo zat er een plank boven mijn hoofd waar ik mij constant aan stootte. Er zijnngeennstopcontacten, alleen eentje wasr de van in kan. Er waren hele kleine kluisjes en niet genoeg voor iedereen. Een badkamer is aan ons laten zien en een andere heb ik uiteindelijk zelf gevonden maar meer toiletten zouden fijn zijn. De kamer vond ik niet heel schoon en de receptie wordt niet altijd bemant. Je hebt voor ieder deel van het hostel een andere wificode nodig, erg onhandig.

I do not have to mention about the location..It is a minutes away from the catedral...beside that everything was greater than I had expected、especially the service and the food!All the staffs(especially Jonathan)were always attentive and very helpful.When it comes to the food, we can choose the main from the menu and it always comes in a big portion! I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Burnette var ikke som forventet og vi var skuffede over vores ophold.

Beliggenheden er god

Vores værelse var ikke helt rent da vi tjekkede ind, og stadig malertape på væggene. Den “balkon” der var med til vores værelse var bare gangen ude foran værelset, som de andre også havde adgang til, og morgenmaden på hotellet var desværre ret dårlig. Om natten kunne vi ikke sove pga. en høje lyde fra airconditioners rundt omkring på hotellet.

Cute hotel, no room cleaning, good free breakfast

Very close to the cathedral and town square, spacious room with high ceilings. Cute boutique hotel vibe, courtyard restaurant - breakfast is included. They arrange tours to the volcano. They also do laundry on site for a reasonable price.

Slow service, room not cleaned in 3 days, garbage piled up. Sewer gas smell from the bathroom, they had a smell dispenser on the wall to dissipate it but it was unmistakable. It helps to cover the shower drain and sink drains (no P trap). We were on the ground floor and the window had to remain open for the air con hose, made it very noisy.

Central very basic place

Central location.

Overall very run down place. First was given room which we didnt booked with no windows and room had a smell. Open bathroom was strange and didn’t suit our group. Only COLD water. Zero privacy. Breakfast so so. Staff did not speak English. Way to expensive for quality provided.

Excellent stay of only 1 night at this awesome boutique hotel with amazing antiques, and rooms with AC, and the location is great including breakfasts and a bar where we had a great time partying with the staff. Also the staff are awesome and treat you like family- highly recommend!

Staff, building charm & location made it for me a great choice

Location, location, location! This property was walking distance from some of the iconic city tourist attractions. I stayed 7/8/23 with my 3 sons & the evening/night staff was exceptional! My sons enjoyed playing pin pall while the live singer was performing. It was a warm & inviting atmosphere and I certainly felt safe & at home with the staff being very attentive. I look forward to returning with the rest of our family & will definitely stay there again!

This property has great character & charm because it was built in the early 1900s. And it showed in the bedroom construction details. Very tiny bathroom. But overall it was a good & comfortable room.

Perfect place to rest and close to enjoy the city center

The staffs were really kind and caring. Breakfast was delicious (typical breakfast of beans, eggs, 2 slice of toasted baguettes, salsa, and cheese). My room was nice and spacious. The place was clean and very cute! Each area is perfect for a picture 😁 the location is right next to the town hall/city center (so convenient to everything) and I honestly didn't hear much noise.

This property is just fantastic! The room was lovely and the other areas of the property were really nice too! It’s all kept super clean and organised. A really relaxing stay, and you really felt at home here. Great breakfast included in price of room. The staff were absolutely lovely also! LOVED my stay here!

There was a mix up with our booking, we booked two rooms but when we arrived was only shown one, they ended up moving us to a family room so we had space and it did work out cheaper in the end.

It is a beautiful colonial hotel. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is nice. A big fridge to share with other guests. It is in the centre ,very close to the park and 2 big supermarkets.

The bed was good but a bit small for 2 people. As usual there are no hooks or shelves in the room and bathroom. No hot water. Very noisy: pigeons walking around on the roof There is every night loud music and karaoke from the spuare untill about 11pm. Very noisy airconditioning ,also from other rooms, all night.

most horrible hotel in whole El Salvador

The receptionist was friendly but helpless against the stubborn boss of the hotel.

The hotel room was dirty. The toilet smelled heavily, also into the sleeping room. Air cons from neighbours were so loud that it was not possible to sleep. Old hair in the corners of our room showed that cleanliness is at a very low level. The area is very noisy and loud. The pictures are fraud! Rooms are run down, smelly and there is no balcony in no room. skip this place if you like yourself

Great location. I stayed to two nights instead of one, primarily because of the volcano, but also because of the kindness of the hotel staff! All in all an absolutely amazing experience :)
