beautiful stay, we wish we could of stayed longer - will definitely go back!

such a beautiful and clean space, view from our room was gorgeous & lorena was so lovely and helpful!

loved it all, only thing i would say is the parking / driving bit it’s st ives, it’s like that if not worse everywhere else too!

Lovely room with a good view and some solitude.

The accessibility, the convenience of the location. The non busyness of the area which could help us really unwind. The place was perfectly set up for a couple looking to unwind and kick it back. The room was very well equipped and we didn't really need to contact the host. It might have just been us but the coffee machine was a bit funny but we did have instant coffee available so no issues at all there. The view is gorgeous too. If we do visit we will definitely look to book with Lorena and Dan again.

lovely seaside town with delicious food, nice shops and beautiful beaches

beautiful private suite in home overlooking the harbor.

a good walk back up a hill but a taxi was readily available and only cost $4

Wonderful stay in a stunning room-would not hesitate to book again.

Stunning views from balcony. Amazing room with comfy bed and lovely shower. Very well thought out-everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. Stunning modern room in a beautiful building,parking included. We were able to drop our bags off early and leave later once we’d agreed it with Lorena.

There was nothing I disliked at all.

A perfect room for a romantic, special occasion.

A luxurious stay in a beautiful room, with stunning views over the harbour. The facilities were excellent, with lovely small touches like a chocolate on our pillows and even a Christmas tree in the corner of the room. We were in "Stargazer" and it truly lived up to its reputation as in between the sound of a few scudding showers we watched the moon cross over our heads through the night. Loved the fact that the large TV could be folded up into the ceiling space to allow for an even better view of the sea through the window! Thank you Lorena for all your clear information.

Everything was perfect, so there was nothing we didn't like or enjoy.

A true delight .

it was absolutely fabulous and our hosts were kind and very clear about directions and instructions for how to enter and exit the property . It is an amazing property , beautifully presented throughout .

Superb

The rooms are nice, spacious and modern. Especially comfortable is the bathroom. A 10 min walk gets you to the center of the town.

Great location, everything you need for a chilled night in at Ives with a lovely view of the sea

Location was great, 10 minute walk to town centre, really nice room, had everything you needed.

Parking was a bit tight, because of it we had to wait for other to leave and felt like our car was out of bounds.

Special stay!

Hosts went above & beyond when we had vehicle trouble on arrival and had a new part sorted for us in no time at all - thank you so much!! Room was so spacious (Sunset Room) and absolutely beautiful. Everything was superb quality and great attention to detail. Bed was huge & very comfortable, nice crisp sheets. Couldn't hear noise from other rooms or stairs at all. Lovely little surprises like chocolates, bottled water, stocked coffee machine, hair straighteners and dryer, iron & ironing board, all made a difference! We felt like we had everything we needed for our stay. Felt spoilt here on my birthday so thank you very much!

Wonderful stay, wonderful place, wonderful people!

The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

Nothing. Although I can imagine that with no air con in the room, it may get hot over peak summertime.

Lovely, relaxing weekend break in a very modern well equipped studio flat with lovely views and well located to town cen

Beautiful well equipped and modern studio flat in a modern property with private, enclosed parking. Lovely views over St Ives and only 10 minutes walk to town center. Nice touches from host with bottle of bubbly and some nibbles on arrival and useful well equipped kitchenette.

Room was lovely, clean and modern with air con We had Netflix, prime and Disney Tea, Coffee and water was provided

No warning about work men coming the morning we left and waking us up and struggled to get car out when leaving. Didn't see any staff

Loving St Ives

The property is really clean and modern with absolutely stunning views! Location is awesome - walking distance to Tate Museum, cinema, beach front and great eateries.

To consider having air conditioning during the warmer months? Room got a little stuffy at night.

Surely a place to get back

I would definitely give this place more than 10 points, as everything was even better than we had expected. A very comfortable room, modern design, super clean and close to the sea. The hosts are very responsive and ready to help with anything. We particularly appreciated very nice tea in the room, it was much better than in most hotels!
