The house is great. Fairly new construction, 3 bedrooms on one floor. Very clean and uncluttered. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Used a lock code to enter which made access very simple. It's quite high up the hillside in what looks like a new division. From out in front of the house, you can see ocean waves breaking at a distance, and it's an easy drive to get down close to the water with access to Oceanside, Tillamook and other coastal towns, beaches and sights.
Had one or two confusions.
To read about what needed to be handled on the morning we were leaving, I signed into a set of "closing down" instructions the night before. They were pretty standard, but I realized after reviewing them, that once I had signed into those instructions, the front door & lock could only be opened & shut once in the morning? Shutting it told the property managers that we were gone. We had planned to go for a walk, return, & load the car, but if we understood correctly, going for a walk would require leaving the door propped open in order to get back in? We decided to forgo the walk, propped the door open despite the cold while we hauled things to the car, and then locked up, but it was just a bit strange? And perhaps we misunderstood?
Could have used some clear instructions for the television that has 3 remotes.

Really enjoyed the area.. the house was nice
The house was not stocked as one would expect. We had to buy dish soap and hand soap in the kitchen as well as paper towels. It is an 8 person house. There was nothing large enough to cook an 8 person meal in. No big pans at all. The fan in the bathroom did not work. And the remote for the TV in the master did not work. We even tried charging it. Never got the TV to work. We also had to buy garbage bags.
