The themed details were cool.
No proper lounge area for the amount of people that we had and no proper dining area. Hot water was so hot that I burnt myself.
4.3
Everything you need, modern and comfortable stayed with lads from work so was ideal only round the corner from site
Only disappointed that we didn’t have access to the front room and garden as we like to sit after work and the kitchen just wasn’t big enough

It was clean and had all the essentials we needed.

Only problem was lack of family seating space, if the living room was open would be 10/10 in all areas
4.3
Great location, decor was exactly as described with great lego themes in each of the bedrooms.
No space to sit down together or a safe space for children to sit and eat. Only high stools at a small side table which when booking for 3 children was not ideal.

Bed room space
Very small living space, didn’t show in pictures

I loved the apartment, very comfy beds and great facilities. The children loved their bunkbeds! The host even bought some lego books for the children which was a nice touch as we were visiting legoland for my son's 8th birthday. Very modern and clean and great communication. I am so glad we had the fans as it was very hot. Thank you for a lovely stay!
A TV in the bedrooms would be ideal as the sofa downstairs is so small and the TV high therefore it is hard to see. A garden area would be nice but we knew it didn't have this anyway.

Great location for what we wanted (Legoland/London/Harry Potter Studios). Lego themed rooms.
The seating area was very small and there weren't enough comfy seats (sofa space) for all 4 of us to sit and relax. There also wasn't somewhere all 4 of us could sit down and eat at the same time.
4.3
Good facilities including PS4 for children, spacious bedrooms with Lego, Harry Potter and Friends themes. All had fans and were very comfortable.
Would have liked access to the garden as it would have been lovely to spent the early evening there

Location was as expected and easy parking outside. Toilet roll, soap and towels all provided as expected.
Had to phone owner as door code I was given didn't work. Half the window blinds had cord missing, all linds and curtains very thin so didn't block light. Some items in kitchen cupboards not clean which I later discovered was because dishwasher doesn't clean anything properly. Only 1 under counter light work. Control on cooker hood broken so if you turned it on to use light, extractor was on full blast the whole time. Kitchen not very well equipped. Only one disgusting oven tray, 2 stools to balance on, only 3 mugs. En suite toilet made constant loud clunking noise difficult to sleep through. Couldn't sleep with windows open as it made the bedroom doors rattle. Sinks and worktops clean but otherwise generally grubby noisy and hot. Bunk beds not put together well and 2 of us hurt ourselves on a screw that was sticking out on the ladder.

Great location, ideal for visiting legoland (20 minutes drive). Shops and local pubs all within 10 minutes walk.
Neither the washing machine or dishwasher were operational during our stay. There's a lack of basic utensils in the kitchen, for example very few glasses available (for a potential of 6 people), and no bottle opener. Unfortunately the garden is so overgrown that it's actually coming in through the front windows!
It's also a shame that half of the downstairs is locked/unusable as this means there's no living room, so guests are limited to a small 2 seater sofa in the kitchen area.

Bedrooms/ the 2 bathrooms and down stairs toilet, kitchen space , car parking space.
Near to shops and not far from main attractions.
Living room area, very small enough for 3 people not more.
4.3
It was clean local to asda and pubs/restaurants.

it was situated in a nice area which was quiet.
the beds where not the best could feel the springs in your back. could not get a good nights sleep. cramped area others watching tv while cooking only one sofa.

The house was good value for money and in a location ideal for us. The hosts were very responsive when we asked a question. The lego display cabinets were very cute. Cleanliness was OK.
There isn't a 'dining area', it's a high table/desk with two stools, so we couldn't eat together comfortably, the house is best to be used as a base. The living room and back garden are blocked off. Satisfied overall, just not as expected.

Super responsive hosts, convenient and quiet location. One of the cleanest properties we've ever checked in to in the UK. Good and comfortable bedrooms, nice bathrooms and unusually good showers for UK standards. Convenient parking. Well-appointed kitchen. And did i mention that the place was properly CLEAN? As in clean? :-)
The posted floorplan doesn't lie or hide but the reality is that the absence of a dining table and any area to hang out just doesnt work. Place sleeps 6 but only 2 people can eat at the same time, unless you have food in your lap. So as a place to sleep and shower it's great, but as a family house it doesnt really work so therefore becomes poorer value for money - not much of the ambience upside you'd expect vs just booking a hotel room. Beds are too narrow for comfort for several nights. TV only connected to electricity, not to any aerial which seemed a bit odd. And the bushes in front of the kitchen window will need trimming before they cut off all the natural light.
