It was okay

The location is nice and the host responds to WhatsApp’s in a timely manner.

Nobody comes to clean the room during our stay. I guess if you stay for 2-3 nights it’s okay but I’d not stay for any longer than that. Also the very front door is broken which doesn’t fill you with confidence.

If the mattress and pillows were replaced, the apartment would be just perfect for a short stay and tripping around Amal

The apartment is new, clean, tastefully furnished, spacious, bright and has a nice view of surrounding hills. It is also well taken care of safety (modern locks). The location is very convenient, not too far from bus station, very close to the train station and a market is just around the corner.

The mattress is REALLY hard and the pillows are also tough and flat, not comfortable at all. There was no soap of any kind upon arrival, which isn’t a big problem, but it is a little inconvenient.

Nice place just stay outside of Sorrento

Close to train station, just two stops and you’re in Sorrento. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Nice neighbourhood. Good communication from the host.

Can sometimes hear the other guests, and I didn’t realise there is no daily servicing, although the host was helpful with anything you needed.

nice stay

it is a pretty quick ride from Sorrento, and a lot cheaper. room was nice, clean and spacious and the view was pretty nice

communication with the host was very difficult, I received around 10 long messages before arrival with different information, some repeated themselves, and some were contradictory. the room was nice, but nothing special, good enough just to sleep, but not really to spend time there

Hard, uncomfortable bed with only 2 hard pillows. Sparsness of furnishing - one chair, no hooks/shelves in en suite. Very basic facilities - a kettle, a small fridge, 2 cups but no spoon (we left one there)

Loved it, would stay there again!

Great location. Numerous places to eat all meals within walking distance. Street parking was not a problem in this location. Washing machine and DRYER available.

Mattress in room #3 needs to be replaced. Increasing lower back pain during our 5 day stay. Just a poor mattress with no support.

Very good

Room was larger than most we had experienced on our trip and well equipped. We particularly noted the provision of shampoo with the toiletries.

The walk from Sorrento ferry. I didn't note Piano Sorrento was not the main town of Sorrento which was 4.7km distance. We later discovered the train station is only six minutes from the room. More information on getting there would assist others.

great location but limited privacy

close to train station, nice shops and restaurants close by

bed was uncomfortable I could feel springs, the washer, dryer and iron all are share with other guest around 4 other studios, which was not mentioned in booking post. also you are limited to when to use them which is not fair went you are out on tours and come back and others leave their clothes in washer or dryer then give you hard time.

The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location for a slightly quieter tourist spot. Only a few minutes walk to the train station. There's plenty of food places nearby and a supermarket just around the corner Absolutely loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Reasonably priced and good location but cleanliness could be improved

The location was good and close by to Piano train station which is convenient for travelling into central Sorrento. For the price difference between staying in Piano vs Sorrento, I would definitely say that it is worth the hassle of train journeys to stay in Piano. The rooms are modern. We never actually met the staff of the hotel as there is no manned reception but the hotel staff were helpful when I contacted them on WhatsApp to arrange a taxi for us to Pompeii when the trains were striking. They also informed us when my friend left behind her phone at the property which I thought was decent and honest of them.

We stayed for four nights and at no point during our stay were we given new toilet roll, fresh towels or clean linen which I would have expected given the duration of the stay. The walls are also quite thin which meant that we could hear our noisy neighbours quite late.

We had a lovely stay at Piano home.

Quiet area . Lovely and airy room . Lovely spacious bathroom . Loved the balcony looking out onto people's fruit gardens.

Some suggestions. There were no spoons in the room. Some instructions on the blinds would have been very welcome .

Location is 5 minutes from train station on the Sorrento-Napoli line. 2 supermarkets next door also very convenient.
