Holiday away for mum and daughter

Court yard and swimming pool to yourself. The rooms also had ear plugs available for use next to the bed if you required it. Everything you need was there. Very clean, extra towels etc

I brought a Vodafone Sim card but didn't need to as it was a Vodafone voucher I should of purchased at a discounted rate that would of got us internet at the house (you also need this voucher to get programs working on the tv if U want to use it fully). First aid kit needs to be refilled as I couldn't find a plaster but this is only minor. Rooms for the two units are back to back and you could hear people talking at night in the other unit and their early morning alarm going off 🤦 but the host provide you with free ear plugs so that's good and pays to use these for a good night sleep and to avoid hearing any kids running around in the next unit ✅

Would definitely stay here again, home away from home is exactly how I would sum this up. we didn’t want to leave.

We Loved everything about this place ! the location, The pool came in handy on days we wanted to just stay home and relax, the washer and dryer was also awesome to have. the best part was the aircon in the rooms !

this didn’t really bother us much but slow wifi. half way through our trip (stayed for 2 weeks) there was no connection at all but again it’s fine. also don’t be afraid of the dog when arriving. he is very very friendly and that’s coming from someone who is very afraid of dogs haha. We were worried at first but he honestly guided us to the lock box where the key was and then left us alone. was very cute !

The property was well presented and having the pool. Was perfect as it was quite hot. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities were brilliant and ensured we had great meals and clean towels and tea towels all of the time. The rooms were sizeable and it was great to have the aircon units in each of the bedrooms. Tje beds were comfortable as well. The option of the Apple TV box was great as I was able to log into my Apple ID and watch movies and shows on AppleTV+. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area was perfect, too.

We found that although the lounge suite was comfortable to sit on. We felt that an actual proper lounge suite would be more suitable to allow Customers to be able to lay down and watch TV. That was the only component missing from the lounge. With the toilet in the bathroom. It would be great to have a toilet seat that is the correct size for the toilet. The above weren’t show stoppers at all. I just wanted to mention this so that you were aware.

Well appointed apartment with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A nice quiet spot centrally located close to town. We only stayed one night, but could have easily stayed longer - the apartment is very well set up for longer stays.

There were a few communication issues (I think due to a handover between two managers), but the manager went over and above to resolve these.

Loved the pool, beds were comfortable great facilities handy to walk most places

Hard to find as address is not on google maps. Lack of privacy in living area no window coverings lounge suit is more suited to outside and very uncomfortable

Everything was new. Beds were very comfortable. There is a washing machine and and a dryer which was exactly what we needed. It was also the only place where we could get free wifi. Awesome.

The living area could benefit from some blinds or curtain over the Frenchdoor. It was very hot in the afternoon.

Overall a really great stay, the accommodation had just about everything you needed.

Location was great. Not too far of a walk from town.

The place was difficult to find, as there was no clear signage. Note: one was put up during my stay. But if you still can’t find the place, its the house is jus in front of the kia orana villas sign. You will see a house and a shipping container at the back. The entrance is the just along the white wall found next to the shipping container.

We had a really good stay and relax at Atupa. Recommended.

Clean and new apartment. Well fitted out. Quite well located just back from main part of town. Quiet. Property manager was terrific trying to help us find transport and suggesting places to go and where to eat.

Hard to find initially. Needs signage. Pool could have been a little cleaner. Had some issues with television and internet which was partially resolved.

Great place to stay, easy self-check in. Spacious and great for families. Pool on the deck was a saviour on the hot days. Conveniently located close to town, approx 5 min drive.
