While I tiny little bit, pricey, it was excellent value for the money

L This was absolutely a great place to stay. I am a traveler, not a holiday maker. Where possible I travel by local bus and l tend to stay into maybe three star hotels for around US$25. The hotel itself is fantastic. Very nice room, comfortable bed, good AC, I have my own mini fridge, bathroom is deluxe and there’s lots of hot water. There is a shared kitchen, which is always in a very clean state. It has a stove oven, a microwave a kettle and a fridge with a freezer. Things go wrong or equipment fails, what matters is how it’s handled. The microwave stopped working. With a few hours of my notification to Malik, a brand new one was sitting there. The cleaning service for the room is excellent. The on-site manager, Demba is unbelievably helpful and knows a little English, but Google Translate works well. the beach and waterfront are about 250 m away, but be very careful about the current To get the best taxi service use the app Yango and the payment app Wave

I came to Dakar late driving from Gambia and check-in was well organized despite the late hours. The apartment is on the top of the building just by the beach, with a nice view of the city. It has a large sun terrace, kitchen, two bedrooms with a bathroom, and a living room with large TV. Driving to the city center is 4000-6000 CAF with a taxi. Good restaurants around.

There were frequent electrical cut-offs The kitchen could be better equipped

Room was a good size and bed comfy. We appreciated the aircon. Smart TV had English channels. Lift and access to a kitchen was an added bonus. Team on site were very helpful and friendly.

The manager speaks proper English but the receptionist did not and I felt like he was too shy to therefore talk to me. He could have just asked this little question: Do you need anything else? And well he did so more or less after two days.

The room could be more dressed, meaning a carpet on the floor, a towel for the badroomfloor. Towels hanged for showering, so I hadnt needed to ask for it in the middle of the night. A curtain in a good state. A garbage bin and a tv. ??!!

A large room with a large and comfortable bed and a private bathroom.Balcony and sea view.Air conditioning in the room. Kitchen and the possibility of using the kitchen. Equipped with a stove, microwave oven, water heater, arefrigerator and cooking utensils. A friendly receptionist Debra who was there for everything, and of course also a helpful manager Mr Malek, if we needed anything, he was a great help..Thanks Oasis

There was no own TV in the room, which is a big minus.The TV is in the common area of this apartment, in which there are 3 other rooms, and it was not always possible to watch TV of your own choice. But we were not too satisfied with the view from the balcony, because below is a bus station with old buses and useless buses that do not belong here on the beach.And the removal of concrete bricks..If it weren't for that, it would be an excellent position for this hotel

Good value for money, but needs to up its game on basics

Great location and ocean view, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good price.

No address or sign on the building meant the hotel was hard to find for me and taxis. Accommodation was too basic, I had to ask for a bath towel. No hot water at all in the shower and the water pressure on floor 4 was poor. There was no breakfast provided and there are no restaurants nearby.

the Facility is decent the Staffs there give me a good reception most especially Clement yea he’s very hardworking and respectful young man.

I had opportunity to prepare my own food because of the kitchen though all of the necessary cooking stuff was not available I manage to do what I have to do.

The watchman (reception), is very helpful and kind. His colleague (cleaner), the same mindset very kind.

I could not take my shower properly, because the water pressure is very low on the 5th floor. I was not comfortable with that. Hotel manager should resolve that problems before housing costumers.

it's very close to the coast, 24/7 power supply, close to fast food eatery and pharmacy. also, there is Elevator!!!!

The shower water pressure...shower not gushing 😂
