Excellent stay! I look forward to being in Bologna again.

Cristiano was a friendly, helpful host. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet even though it is located near the historic centre. Anyone visiting Bologna will find this accommodation well-nigh ideal.

The perfect place to stay in Bologna

A new apartment with a fantastic location in the heart of the city, a short distance to everything. A quiet apartment, very clean, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Cristiano sent us in advance recommendations for all points of interest in the city and also recommendations for excellent restaurants. This is very important and helps to have a perfect time in an unknown place. Virna, his wife, met us and was very kind and charming. They are wonderful people who make sure the trip goes perfectly. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Bologna

Cristiano was an excellent communicator and couldn’t have been more helpful. we met with Virna his wife on arrival and she was charming and very welcoming. The en-suite room was immaculate and very clean and we had a very good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and there was nothing that we didn’t like about the accommodation, the central position, the building, which was private and secure. Full marks to Cristiano, Virna and of course Bologna!

Don't miss out on this place

Everything was perfect. Very clean room and bathroom. Location doesn't get any better. Very short distance to everything. Cristiano and Virna are extremely sweet and nice. Always there to help and give good advice. We highly recommend staying there.

Best place to stay in Bologna for sure!

Everything was really good: from the room that really feels like home to the hospitality of the host. Christiano was amazing and kind. He was thoughtful and provided all the information that we needed from our stay, even recommendations for great restaurants and sightseeing in the city. Such a five star service! Location was also superb since we can easily walk along to the main tourist spots and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we’re coming back to Bologna

Amazing

The apartment has the absolute perfect location, very clean, bed was super comfy and although in the heart of the city, we had 3 nights of quiet sleep! Christiano and Virna helped us book a taxi to the airport, and had amazing recommendations for spots in town! Extra tip Christiano speaks Greek, which was very convenient. We recommend staying here and we hope we are coming again in the future!!

If I will come Bologna again, this will be my only choice.

Cristiano’s house is so clean and warm. We stayed 3 days with my girlfriend and everything was perfect. He and his lovely wife helped us a lot and sent a long list which includes recommendations to see historical places along with restaurants. The best thing is the locatiob of the house.

Great apartment in a central location with attentive and informative hosts - highly recommended!

Amazing hosts - lots of useful information provided in advance, including things to see and do and restaurant recommendations. Location is perfect for the main city centre attractions; quiet, secure and with all amenities provided. 10/10 service.

Exceptional!

The hosts were super friendly and provided information about good tourist sights that we could visit. Also, the room was very spacious, clean, and modern looking. The heating was great and there is also an air conditioner for the summer. The bathroom was very clean and good looking and there was enough hot water. The best thing is that the place is so close to the center of the city and only 300 meters away from major tourist destinations which could save you a lot of time. There is a very easy transport from the airport - Marconi express monorail, that drives you straight to the central station and it takes about 8-10 minutes.

Clean, quiet apartment close to all points of interest

Cristianos apartment is in an excellent location, in the heart of the city but still quiet and peaceful at night. Cristianos communication before and during the stay was very clear and helpful. He answered all our questions, provided great tips about good restaurants and points of interest. It was clear he genuinely enjoyed giving us a good Bologna experience. We would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect in every way. We will remember our stay at Strada Maggiore and Cristiano.

Best of all is Cristiano, the host, who helped us before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him in helping us to enjoy our stay in Bologna. We can't speak highly enough of our stay. The location was perfect n the heart of the old city in a beautiful historic building. Can't wait to return one day. Perfect location in the centre of Bologna, but in a quiet residential block just off the main street. The on suite room is tastefully furnished, spotless and has everything you could need including great air conditioning . Cristiano went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend staying here for your visit to Bologna.

I wondered how it could have a perfect 10 valuation and now I know and I am glad to add to it: the room is perfectly located, tasteful, quiet, clean, perfect for a couple, and Cristiano is extraordinarily helpful, generous with his time and advices, and has answers to every question or need we we had. Wish I could have stayed the whole stay there :)

Fantastic location and the most welcoming host

I cannot stress enough how perfectly located this property is for a visit to Bologna. It is right in the heart of the old city in a beautiful historic building where you step straight out in to the famous porticos with only the shortest of walks to everything you would wish to see. The room was beautifully clean and well appointed and the lovely and most gracious host Christiano could not have been more helpful with useful advice and suggestions as to what to do/see and where to eat. We definitely want to visit this wonderful city again and would certainly stay at this property again. We cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Christiano!

Amazing stay

The place is very neat and clean with through attention to details .The location is perfect in the heart of The center. The host was courteous and thoughtful, he was very generous to keep our luggage after checkout and even to help us with our commute to the train station. I highly recommend this wonderful place

I felt like home. Host was very friendly and accommodating. The room is large enough, confortable and very clean. Besides is walking distance to any part of downtown Bologna.
