About this apartment rental

You’ll have no trouble settling into stylish Upper East Side living in this bright, modern studio that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Though compact, it packs a decorative punch with its mustard yellow sofa, boho ornaments and vintage-inspired rug. We love the lightness of touch that’s been given to its aesthetic, made all the more handsome with wood floors and tall windows that allow plenty of natural light to shine through. Make yourself at home at the breakfast bar each morning over locally bought coffee and bagels or catch up on any work you may have at the handy desk space opposite the plush bed. With a rainfall shower to get your days off to a relaxing start as well, you’ll be all set for a day of adventure in the Big Apple. Take a stroll through nearby Carl Schurz Park (a three-minute walk) or amble over to Central Park (an eighteen-minute walk) where its many sights – including The Metropolitan Museum of Art – will keep you occupied all day long. You’re also a twenty-minute stroll from the Guggenheim Museum, while Midtown and the Empire State Building are little more than a twenty-minute Subway ride away. Home truths: *There's no lift in the building, so you'll need to climb some stairs to reach the apartment *This is a studio apartment *You'll need to bring your own shampoo *As you're in a central location, you may hear some street noise *Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times *The building's entrance is shared with the other residents *We recommend skipping the car here and using public transport instead – there's a crosstown bus stop on the street corner and 86th Street Subway station is a seven-minute walk away*This host requires your check-in to be within 7 days from the last booking.
