A small, locally owned hotel with restaurant on premises. The place is in a good location, on the outskirts of the city, lots and I mean lots of good restaurants within walking distance and helpful, friendly staff. The difference between the standard and superior rooms is 1. a small refrigerator and 2. the superior rooms are on the ground floor. One of the main arteries passes immediately in front of the hotel so easy to get a tricycle, the local taxi.
We were there to look for property so were in contact with a variety of realtors, agents, surveyors and attorneys. The wifi only worked the first day and was out for the next 20 days, a serious problem for us as we missed a steady stream of messages, calls and emails. Because we had a superior room, we didn't have cellular service either so had to walk out to the restaurant or street at which time we got a flood of texts, emails and missed call alerts. My understanding is that floors above us were able to receive cell service although the wifi didn't work for them either. Finally, the place is noisy, the building is in a dense area and only a couple of meters from the neighbors so noises from the surrounding buildings and higher floors bounced between the buildings. Booking.com failed to live up to their promises and ended up ripping us off. Feel free to write for details, [email protected]

No view. Not so helpful with the needs of their guests. No greet seems like a restaurant and doesn't even lead where we going. They just mention room number
They should be helpful like any plug convertor to a laptop that has prong. Wifi not so strong. It keeps on lagging. I don’t know if it is receptionist or from the restaurant. Confusing.

The property is close to restos and near silliman and downtown area.
There was a blackout in the area, the emergency fan inside the room did not have any battery, it was replaced, with another low batt fan. It had to be replaced 3 times. The staff were not rude nor warm, they were just okay, nothing beyond expectation.

Near town and eating places.
There are too many items on the menu that are not available on a daily basis. Suggested a shorter menu to help with ordering and product availability.
Take this from a professional business consultant.

Very big rooms for cheap price, clean.
Nice restaurant in the ground floor.
We had awesome shakes there.
Prices in the menu did not match the ones shown in the room, so make sure to check them in the restaurant.
Be careful that the restaurants in the area close early

feels like in a condominium flat. complete with basic things. cozy and comfortable. beds are spacious enough for 2 people each and comfortable to sleep with. secured and almost near to the city center. very accessible. staff and the guards are friendly and always smiling when they greet you.
the smoke/smell of food from the kitchen outside goes inside the room. the door of the comfort room is a folding door with gaps, which is a bit awkward and uncomfortable, especially when nature calls while sitting on the toilet bowl because the odor might go inside room.

There are some good cafes nearby.
Tasty food with a good price on the first floor. Friendly staff.
I'm not sure that it was a hotel.
I didn't get even one cleaning and changing sheets and towels for 5 days. I got two sachets shampoo and 0 shower gel for 5 days.
The Internet connection was bad.
The window looks on the open corridor and you need to keep curtains closed. The noisy air conditioner. The very thin synthetic bedding.

Location. Coziness. Cleanliness.
I am not sure if I missed any information.... I thought I could have coffee like 6 a.m. in the morning.... but the lobby
was so quiet... though I sounded the bell... no one came... but it's ok...

the wifi was unstable

The room is spacious and value for money. There's a restaurant at the bottom floor and they serve good food which are affordable.
In my case, I had an early flight so I have to eat breakfast somewhere else since the restaurant don't open until 8 am I believe.
The wifi connection was very unstable and very slow specially inside the room.
Also, it was a plus that there was a heater but the pressure of the water coming out from the shower was really slow.
During my stay, there were people working outside (using a grinder) and it was quite loud. This concerned me since at that time, I had a client call and he can hear it on the other end.
