Loads of space
The toilet when flushed makes a horrendous noise which would go on for at least 10 minutes before it would stop.

Lovely clean caravan and great site facilities. Owners very helpful.

the caravan was very spacious and even had an en-suite in the master bedroom. the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was provided. There was a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival which was a nice touch.
£170.00 for one nights stay, in addition there was car entry at 30.00 and entertainment passes at 14 pounds per adult and 12 pounds per child totalled 264 for one nights stay.
The caravan was tired, there was damp on the ceilings creating a ripple effect on the decorative ceiling paper. the main toilet/shower room floor was falling through and felt unsafe.
The netting in the children’s bedroom had a large rip in it, the netting in the dining area had a large rip in it as well as having only one curtain.
finally the boiler pilot light lasted for one shower and then went out. the ignition on the boiler is faulty and has been for a number of years (evidenced by caravan gas check paperwork). unfortunately, this meant the rest of our family (4 people) were unable to shower after a trip to the beach in extremely hot weather! not ideal. in addition to this the safety glass was removed which also left the boiler unsafe if the pilot light was actually lit.
The site itself is a nice size, the staff are very pleasant. The set up is a little irritating due to the positioning of the amenities; for example if Your child is playing on the play area and needs to visits the toilets you are required to walk a fair way around the buildings/car park to get to the toilets prior to the evening entertainment room opening at 7pm after which time I believe you are able to walk straight through.

The caravan was clean and generally nice overall, there were a few wear and tear bits that I told the owner we had taken pictures of, we have stayed in places before that had wear and tear and they tried to charge us for them so we take photos, the owners explained that they have housekeeping to keep an eye on these things so I don't blame owners I blame park, I think someone is not doing their job properly, the mattress in main room is awful and feels like ribs are black and blue, didn't sleep properly for 7 nights and I'm disabled, couch not big enough for me to get comfy, so a topper would be good for that bed or new mattress, park staff not very pleasant or helpful again not owners fault

The site has great facilities, it's new and kept very well. Staff easy to find, polite and friendly. The caravan itself was excellent, everything we needed, very clean and a special welcome bottle of wine left for us, which was much appreciated. We had a dog which was accepted well and there are some good walks locally for responsible dog owners.
We had no problems, just would have liked to have stayed a bit longer.

Comfort. Wine and chocolates left as an arrival gift a lovely touch.
We are smokers but smoked outside.
Inside smelt of smoke when we went in. No hot water when we got up as pilot light went out but didn’t bother you as we were leaving today anyway.

The property was spotless and very nice and homely. The wine and pop and chocolates was a lovely touch on arrival. The site is brilliant and has so much to do with the children. Shame you have to buy the £30 pass to be able to get car on to the site but you can leave it safe by the reception. The pass is definitely worth it for the swimming and children's enrtainment tho. I'm already booking our next adventure. Thanks so much to owners

the caravan was really clean and tidy, it had everything you could think of in it. It was close to the play area for the kids.
Nothing, we enjoyed it.
