Beautiful home and location.

Location was good, close to the village and the beach.
There were some little things that needed fixing. Ceiling fan master bedroom, door handle to porch, toilet paper holders. Small but annoying. Pool lights. Drain in second bath, had to stand in water while showering.

great location, everything was mostly clean and it had plenty of space.
I’m not one to complain but am used to renting airbnbs, I had hoped it would have had more kitchen amenities and nicer amenities for the price.
we had to buy more dish towels because there wasn’t enough.
the grill wouldn’t work, it was electric and blew the gfci outlet every time I tried to plug it in.
the small bathroom toilet knob didn’t work right it definitely needed replaced.
the amenities in the kitchen were mostly dirty we had to clean most before we used.
there wasn’t any laundry soap to start the towels we had to use our own soap.
the pool was dirty when we got there, trash floating around. we cleaned it up.
the coffee pot needs an upgrade, it was old and dingy and took so long to make a cup of coffee
below the deck was so many things a chair, towel, pool noodle… we didn’t go down there but it needs some attention.
the house could use a deep clean. it was definitely clean but surface, needs windows and baseboards etc cleaned.
the cooler needs tossed, and replaced with a nicer one, same with the wagon and chairs.. everything is beat up and old.

the roof pool was nice. the king size beds were great to have.
The place looked nice on first sight but it’s falling apart. The doors to two balconies were either totally broken or janky. The towel holder and toilet roll holder were both broken or very weak. The floor was sandy, one bed was sandy. The garage door didn’t close well. You really need to make it clear that we have to lug suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. What if someone was in a wheelchair? The microwave was not user friendly. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn’t close and if you get it closed it doesn’t open during the wash. There is mold in the washing machine, the oven light is broken. The beach chairs are useable but rusty and broken places, BOTH beach wagons are broken and unusable.
(pic is just one example of the state of poor repair- handle hanging on by a loose screw)

The property is a great location between the beach and the downtown area. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool (8ft X 10ft?). The condo was very clean when we came in, which is always comforting. it housed 4 adults and 2 teens comfortably. The recreation room area in the garage was nice as well.
A short drive away you can also visit St. Armand’s Circle in Sarasota which we also enjoyed!
The check-in and out process was very easy and Grace made everything go smoothly and quickly!
The sofa bed couch needs new cushions:) Not comfortable at all to sit upon. Would prefer more comfortable mattresses, but overall they are tolerable.

A short walk to the beach. Had beach chairs, a cooler, towels, and there was even a football there. Very clean unit. Large kitchen and open spacing. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck every morning.
The unit was on the top floor, so there were a lot of stairs and no elevator. We are thankful we didn't bring kids this time, because they would have given us a heart attack going up those stairs and climbing on the railing. One of the chairs in the living room had a broken leg so no one could sit in it. We washed our towels halfway through and the dryer barely worked.
