Eau chaude
Rien est satisfaisant, pas beau, pas confortable, mal entretenu, mise à l'eau dans les rochers, médiocre.

We like quite and the room was good.
All of us wishing not to have dogs and cats in the resort. The swimming pool was very dirty. There were lots of mosquitoes. Dogs are barking. Booking.com said breakfast was included but when I successfully booked it end up we have to pay of 250 pesos per head. Booking.com didn’t help ask anyways during our stay. I would never recommend at all to anyone. If there’s a “0” rating I would give that. That was a horrible experience we had on Father’s Day.

location with stairs to Napaling reef, nice by the ocean and access to the reef. I went for freediving training where I could swim out to meet my re-arranged coach from an academy nearby.
property seems not well maintained, as if it once was nice but got kind of run down. the pool does not look like it’s even being filtered properly, there are several dogs that occasionally bark nonstop, the customer service is ok, the gals were polite but not overly friendly. The booking description seems better than reality. My booking said ‘Deluxe’ with ocean, pool, garden view with nicer photos, however the real room was in a 2-story building towards the back of the property away from the ocean. The Dirt road leading into the towery is really bumpy (mind your scooter). Overall it was alright for the location and access to Napaling reef. Location is otherwise far from eateries (15 min scooter), it’s more country, and was mostly quiet with nice gardens.

The access to the reef was excellent, and a great place to watch the sunsets. The main pool was clean. The front desk employees were always happy and helpful. The hotel dogs were friendly and we loved the 7 puppies. I have to admit that it was nice to stop by the restaurant and grab a cold San Miguel to watch the sunsets.
The advertised dive shop was closed our entire 4 days. There's a TV in the room but there is no cable or satellite so there isn't any use for a TV. The bathroom sink drain wasn't working. The sink drain went to the bathroom floor. The restaurant was kind of open. Great menu but, we don't have that, we don't have that over and over. Miss the bumgun. I was just getting use to using it. The WiFi was awful. It had a refrigerator but you couldn't have the TV and refrigerator running at the same time. Needed a third outlet.

This is a dive/freedive snorkeling resort and the main thing to see here is the sardines very close to shore.
It is a bit off from other things and the focus is on diving so if your not into that this is probably not for you.

Customer service was so poor that we decided to find another accommodation even though we booked for 4nights. The road was so rough and if you don't have a car the only transport available is a pedicab that the resort has to arrange coz the location is quite far from most facilities. Very poor mobile reception. The restaurant and pool looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Limited food choices in the restaurant and no other restos close by. The rooms didn't match the ones on booking.com. But the one that caused the most disappointment was the service. We were kept waiting a while while the staff members attended to personal matters while they're supposed to be working and attending to customer needs.
