Great little b&b

A clean comfortable room, Driss our host was very helpful, helping us with bus information, how to get to the city. The fan in our room was noisy and broken , so he replaced it with a new one immediately .breakfast was good too

Great stay in Bologna! Clean room, lovely breakfast and amazing attentive host!

It was our first time booking an B&B and were satisfied. The room was comfortable and very clean and the host, Driss, was really amazing and attentive, offered his help for every situation and prepared some lovely breakfast. The B&B is located 5min away (walking) from everything you need to see in Bologna! Next time in Bologna we will try to get this B&B again! Thank you, Driss!!! ♥

Very nice B&B with perfect location in the historic center of Bologna - and only 7-10 min walk the city center. Clean and comfortable room and a breakfast buffet that made every day a good start. Our stay was even better because of the very helpful and friendfull host. B&B Maggiore is highly recommended 👍

Lovely but simple B&B

The host was lovely. The room was simple but super clean and so close to everything you might need. Good access to everything, easy walk from the train station. Hairdryer and everything you might beed in the room and simple but good breakfast included.

The shower in the bedroom was interesting but i would not call this a disadvantage🙃

The B&B is just perfect, and worth the price! The room is very cozy looks pretty and comfortable. We woke without pain in our back , so the bed is also good. The whole appartmant is nice, the kitchen is small and very cute. The breakfast is also good ,a lot of things you can choose, salty and dolci ,too. Everything set for you. The shower is funny a bit its in the middle of our room but we were just laughing on it. :) The place is very in the center and 10min walk from Piazza Maggiore, thats why it called" maggiore ". The welcome was very warm, the owner is very very nice, he is so nice that he help us to carry our bags to the car(2 street more from the place..)! He is very open minded and friendly.He told us some old stories about the location and the apartman.

Driss is a very nice person that received us like family. He was giving us advicing of how to get there and some indications to leave the car near the B&B. The B&B is located very closed to the city center and it's a good place to stay if you want to visit Bologna. The breakfast was wonderful and the staying too.

The host was very friendly and generous. The room was very comfortable and situated in the beautiful old city in Bologna’s centre. The bed was clean and comfy. Super relaxing 👍👍

The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable. Self service breakfast included in the price was delicious, especially italian coffee :) Perfect location very close to the main square. And the host was really amazing! Even though we checked in late he welcomed us, every day he was making sure if we need anything. The last day we could leave our luggage after checking out for the rest of the day and refresh at the bathroom just before leaving. The last advantage were two adorable dogs living in the owner's apartment:)

Clean, cozy, well designed, healthy breakfast, and good location for anyone interested in good food at a fair price. Walking distance to anything you want to visit.

Lovely short family trip

Location was great in Bologna city centre. Person responsible was very helpful. Vast selection of breakfast.

When we arrived we didnt know which door to knock as there was no sign of the hotel name. Also AC was not working.

Good location but not going to stay a second time.

The room was large and the bathroom was great. Plenty of room for luggage for 2 people and 4 days. However, the room is loud due to location in the city and the proximity of the room to the breakfast room. Excellent wifi. Convenient to many places in the center of the city. The breakfast was minimal, especially given the excellent food in Bologna. All items were prepackaged except for small bowl of fruit.

Expected a better breakfast. There is no lift, so expect to drag suitcases up to second floor.

Overall not bad, but some things can be improved.

The location was ok especially for the evening to go out for dinner as very close to main area. Room and bed was comfy. Shower is in the bedroom, it was a bit funny as you don't have privacy if you want it, but at least it had good power.

Breakfast could be much better - the least to expect is to have fresh bread and not pre packed and some was going bad already. Breakfast room is too small to turn around - if others where there we had to wait for them to finish. When we arrived the room was not ready as they had a previous customer who damaged some things. Owner apologised and everything but still we were a bit set back for our first impression. If you're planning to use the train more than once keep in mind you have circa 30mins of walking to arrive there. The room was clean but the kitchen area was not cleaned everyday during our stay.
