Out in the garden, there's an electric-powered sauna, as well as a bathtub on the patio that you can fill with cold water for the full authentic experience. Once you've finished flitting between the two, you can rest up in the cosy summer house. The host has put together a list of local therapists and this private space is perfect for treatments. Back inside, there's plenty of equipment to keep those particular about their coffee happy, including an espresso machine, milk frother, percolator, grinder and fresh beans from a local roaster. When you're feeling suitably caffeinated, the charming seaside town of Margate is waiting to be explored. The main beach takes about a quarter of an hour to reach on foot, as does the Dreamland Amusement Park, which often hosts concerts, club nights and events.
