Me pareció muy amplio y agradable el espacio. La ubicación está perfecta.

Hubo problemas con el agua caliente. Se tuvo que hablar varias veces al encargado para que viera eso ya que salía solamente fría. No estuvo resuelto del todo. Me cobraron el estacionamiento y éste además, estuvo caro.

Acojedora, comoda , cordial. Y muy agradecido por su presente hacia mi esposa por su cumpleaños.

No nos ofrecieron desayuno pero si contamos con café en la habitación. Me gustó la calidad de las habitaciones su decoración y comodidad y las atenciones desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, y muy en especial el trato de Don Lupe.

Lo único la sabida de la calle.

Todo excelente, desde que reservas se ponen en contacto contigo, al pendiente de si surge una duda y en constante contacto hasta tu llegada a tu estancia, asesorando la llegando y durante tu estancia con el apoyo de Don Lupe en todo momento una persona muy educada y servicial. Las instalaciones de lujo, excelente tamaño, todo nuevas, de muy buen gusto, pensado en todo para que el Huésped se sienta a gusto y satisfecho con su estancia tiene todo lo que necesitas camas muy cómodas, con Sifuentes almohadas y colchas, aire con calefacción, baño completo con bañera agua caliente, champú jabón, papel de baño, una cocina equipada con agua purificada, juegos de mesa para pasar a gusto con la familia. Definitivamente regresaría no duden en reserva en villa mosaico

My family and I will def come back

Great location, Don Lupe was a great host, they sent us all the information about the town and activities to do. We arrived a bit late and Don Lupe waited for us and helped us parking the car. The digital keys are also very helpful. Modern room.

bathroom doesn't have a door and the wall is not close to ceiling. Is not very privet

loved the rooms, very clean. we arrived in the evening and got lost. Lupe came to our rescue and was quick to respond to every need. we can’t wait to come back when new parking and bar are ready. great host

The Bed is great, the room in general is very good and the location is near to the center. in general all is good and in the case of the town is very difficult to get parking, but room is just a few meters from the parking area.

We had a situation with the code to access to the room and take is about 40 minutes to get a new code to in to the room
