Comfortable and inexpensive, I’d stay there again!

Very friendly staff, quiet and felt safe, close to everything, clean room and grounds, plenty of parking, cold ac and good water pressure.

It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped, but for the price it was acceptable.

The manager kept booking my room knowing I was in the process of moving. She told me everything was okay and then when I needed to extend it she would tell me she could not. I never seen someone so rude and nosey in my life. I am glad to be leaving.

old milk left in the fridge , foul smell in the room air , this place is a construction workers stay . that’s all that was in there and made parking very difficult . very odd check in and check out procedures..

Affordable Nice Place to stay

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean with everything we needed for our stay to be good, I would recommend Affordable Suites a place to stay when visiting Burlington.

Burlington Affordable Suites was a fantastic stay! I rate it a 10.

This place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was so quiet and the staff was wonderful. Kitchen was clean. Enjoyed my 3 week stay a lot.

That when I got to check in nobody was at the front desk for me to check so I had to get awhole nother room in a different location at 11:45 , which made me check in really late and I don’t like that very unprofessional.

Clean with big kitchen and lots of room. It was a frequently environment with lots of hospitality to make us feel right

Everything. Lots of room, very clean, comfortable like home. Big kitchen area with all you need. Most importantly, the owner was extremely accommodating, helpful, and went out of her way to make me and my colleague feel like we were home. Customer Service at its finest!

Very nice!

Nice area. Very nice staff. Accommodating. Quiet for the most part. There is a bar right next door that had a live band Saturday night and they were very loud but stopped at midnight.

Could use updated mattresses. Other than that no complaints.

Great place to stay

The manager is professional, friendly and attentive. The property changed over from old school key locks to card during our stay which caused a bump in the road for us, but the manager was in top of it. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it

The worst stay ever I will never ever book this property again. Needs better management and they need to be trained in p

i did like that it was only 20 minutes away from where my kids were competing at . and the fact that you had a lot of restaurants and a shopping was really close and very close to the highway.

The TV’s didn’t work the property manager invaded in my privacy coming into the room when my family member was in the bed asleep. The manager was very unprofessional telling me we couldn’t have people stop bye from the team we were in for our kids to talk to and leave .

Definitely worth the money!!! Highly recommend.

It felt like home. The manager was very sweet and made sure everything was taken care of before we arrived. They have everything you need to be able to cook and make coffee. They have high speed internet, cable and NO roaches!!!!!! I would recommend this place.
