Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom
Then it was the three level property and the top level got very warm
4.5
Safe location nestled next to Vanderbilt Univ with a short walk to Music Row.
Lots and lots of stairs.
3.5
It was a good location… close to attractions but far enough away to be quiet.
It wasn’t completely clean. The rooftop deck was filthy. The table was dirty as was the flooring on the deck. There was a shoe print on the wall above the tv with dead bugs… there were drip stains on the wall behind the television. The floor lamp in the living room was covered in dust. The window frames in the living room were also covered in dust… Parking was ridiculous. If you use the app and then go somewhere else during your stay the app doesn’t keep track of the money you previously paid to park at the house. I double paid twice because of this.

4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms
Didn’t know it was a 3 story unit
Came into unit at 5 pm and found the kitchen and upstairs hallway was flooded water dripping from ceiling in upstairs hallway
Used all our towels to clean up water
Emily came 10 ish, 5 hrs after I called
She didn’t really do anything
She didn’t even take the water soaked towels out of kitchen
I was also charged a parking fine of 54$ because I was 1 hr late because I was dealing with the water on floor and phone calls to Sonder and then asked to take pictures and then asked to take pictures again
Emily said I will be reimbursed from Sonder
Haven’t heard anything back

Parking! Charging for parking at a private condo is a scam! Pd $70.00 for 3 days in the parking spaces behind the condo. It should have been included in the price of the condo.

Location
Incorrect posting…only parking available was paid parking….several guest I spoke to had the same deception played on them. Place was not clean, I messaged them and got no response.
4.0
Great location and great facilities! Perfect for a group especially as each room has its own bathroom
There were dust bunnies in every corner, so didn’t feel very clean when we arrived
3.0
Location was great. There was plenty of room with every room having its own bathroom. We loved the balcony overlooking the street and it was relatively quiet.
upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was a poorly cleaned sofa in the main room. there was also be a broken towel bar and the wi-fi was not working well. There are scuff marks all over the property and it needs painting.
5.0
perfect place with large rooms each with its own bathrooms. great design. easy communication. great location. hated to leave. keep up the good work. we were family of six and it was the perfect place. very good kitchen and facilities.

I did not like anything. I was profiled and denied access to the property. This happened twice and now I am out of 2,000 for 7-10 days.
Being racially profiled and denied service. Having to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Extremely poor customer service via the Sonder App.

not far from Vanderbilt 12 min walk
could use a few more supplies like wash cloths towels in the kitchen and a few more pans like a pizza pan

parking issues

Clean and Cozy.close to Vanderbilt University.
Not convenience for parking
4.5
the property is exactly as pictured, access was a breeze and I only had to email them before our trip because of some trouble with my card when making the reservation. the response was quick and very pleasant and sweet. appliances, fixtures and furnishings were very nice. I definitely recommend downloading the app, everything you need to know is right there at your fingertips.
the beds were surprisingly hard but we did sleep well on them. a couple of the bathroom sinks drained slow and the shower heads (rain) were hard to get used to, felt like we weren’t getting rinsed off well as it was the only shower head. the walls were very scuffed and could use a fresh layer of paint but not a deal breaker.
4.5
Would have helped if there had been some tips on where nearest convenience stores, supermarkets etc are. That was not clear on Google maps.
Shower head in addition to rain shower.
4.5
Very clean and the staff that I had contact with was above excellent!!
The only downfall, which was not Sonder's fault, was that it was a little further than what I expected from downtown. We put on a ton of miles walking which was fine too. The only other thing was that we wished our balcony was facing so the sun would hit us. We were between buildings and had shade the whole time which was not Sonder's fault either.

Everybody loved having their own bathroom. It was a very nice location. Very clean!

We were happy to find the Sonder High Note in Nashville. Our plans changed, and we needed a last minute alternative to where we had planned to stay. I had never heard of their properties before, so it seemed like the price they were asking was too good to be true. It was advertised as less than a small hotel room for four rooms, four bathrooms, and a kitchen and living room area. All of this was true. We had plenty of towels, used the washer and dryer, used the kitchen, and had room to space out. All of these areas were nice, but we did notice a lot of hair on the floors.
KNOW BEFORE YOU CLICK THAT BUTTON! The property WAS too good to be true. I am an experienced traveler, so when I saw the advertised price for the apartment, I was skeptical. It was non-refundable, and I just told myself that they wanted to sell the room, rather than let it go empty. I read all the information on the rental page, and even clicked on the "Fine Print" button to make sure. Then, after I rented it, I decided to look at the bill that popped up on my APP. The CLEANING FEE WAS MORE THAN THE RENTAL. Lesson learned. I will not fall for that one again, but that was an expensive mistake for a person on a teacher's salary.

Spacious. Good location. Very well appointed.
Nothing! It’s excellent!

it was perfect for a group
it was a little far from broadway but ubers were always available

The condo was very clean and roomy. my kids loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. Location was great.
It was not really an issue, but it would have been nice to have one other TV.

Super clean, spacious, and very modern. Traveled here with a group of 8 friends, and they were blown away by it. Easily could've passed as something 3x more expensive, so the value was great. No problems at all during our stay, would recommend staying here!
Nitpicking here but downtown Nashville was a 30 minute walk, which isn't the worst by any means and definitely doable but going back and forth had our group exhausted by the end of the trip. However, there's many forms of transportation, rideshare services would have alleviated this.

Nicely appointed townhouse with plenty of space for all of us.
Supportive staff for the issues we had.
Easy check in and check out.
Internet connectivity worked for all our needs.
Cleaning crew missed a couple of things but nothing detrimental.
The noise of the construction not only Monday through Friday but also on the weekend.
Living room furniture wasn't exactly comfortable, I'm not sure how a large family would be able to have family dinner or sit together because the furniture was apartment size.

The home like feeling and having a elevator.
Need more water pressure when more than one shower is being used.

Floors were dirty. No wash cloths

It was great to walk to get coffee in the morning and be able to walk home from getting a drink in the evening. Easy to get to all of our reservations with a quick Uber. Having 4 bedroom made a group trip to Nashville so much more fun than 4 hotel rooms!
Nothing!
5.0
Plenty of room, great location. Super comfortable. It was walkable to enough things and an uber ride was not expensive from this location. The balcony was great too! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
Nothing it was perfect.
