Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Es war eine super komfortable Unterkunft . ich wäre gern länger geblieben! Besonders gut hat mir der Whirlpool gefallen , es war sehr entspannend am Abend unter dem Sternenhimmel im warmen Wasser zu entspannen. Die Einrichtung des Guesthouses fand ich auch ganz besonders schön gestaltet. Absolut empfehlenswert !!

Die ideale Unterkunft für jeden, der nach Takaka kommt oder in den Abel Tasman National Park möchte

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und in sehr gepflegter Umgebung am Rand von Takaka. Sie ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben, der eine direkte Verbindung zu den Labyrinth Stones hat, einer lokalen Sehenswürdigkeit, die ihrem Namen alle Ehre macht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum, der eine Wohnzimmer-, Esszimmer- und Küchenfläche geschmackvoll und gut angeordnet miteinander kombiniert. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, geben gute Tipps und stehen immer zur Verfügung, wenn man als Gast etwas braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider konnte ich in dieser Unterkunft aufgrund meiner beruflichen Verpflichtungen nur zwei Nächte verbringen. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben.

Perfect!

Hosts were so gracious, friendly and accommodating over and above what you would expect. The accommodation is beautifully located, with the back garden being part of the Labyrinth Rocks attraction . The furnishings are very tasteful and a lot of thought has gone into everything. There is not a single thing. I would change about this property and our experience there, and really hope we get to return sometime in the future.

A warm, comfortable night with every convenience at our disposal.

Ken and Steve were welcoming and hospitable. The guest house is beautifully furnished and decorated and the rooms very comfortable. Everything we needed and more was available. Would happily return here if we find ourselves back in the area.

Super friendly hosts! Close to town and in beautiful tranquility. The spa tub under the stars was the cherry on top.

Very enjoyable and relaxing.

We made our own breakfast in the very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Nice lounge. Lovely peaceful location, loved the spa, only slight disadvantage was having to take the car to get to a restaurant. Friendly and helpful host.

Steve and Ken are amazing hosts! They have done such a wonderful job with the property ☺️ It feels so homely, comfortable and absolutely stunning. Admire the garden with chilling in the spa 🥰 The special entry to the Labyrinth garden is awesome!

Two delightful nights in an immaculate guesthouse in lovely surroundings.

Very spacious, immaculately clean, terrific views and gardens, friendly and helpful hosts, lovely sunny deck.

It was all great, just a little too far to walk to pub/restaurant but had a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking.

we were lucky to be surrounded by lovely guests sharing the house making our stay pleasant. everyone very friendly .

loved the gardens . lovely country feel . the home was tastefully decorated . 5 star all the way .immaculate .

sharing bathroom and toilet facilities is something we are not used to . rooms needed ceiling fans as very warm

oh my! this place is amazing, we’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and this one’s tops it! Amazing location, beautiful and spotlessly clean rooms. Ken and Steve are exemplary hosts. The labyrinth in the. backyard is a hidden magic garden. what a place, would definitely stay here again.

Small piece of paradise

Fantastic stay at one of a kind place. Back garden looks like a small piece of paradise. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

AC in room is the only thing that would make our stay perfect, or at least a mosquito net to keep the bugs out while ventilating the room during the hot days

An extraordinary place with a beautiful garden and great kitchen and terrace

Not every room equipped with a bathroom. Some rooms have to share the bathroom with the room next door.

Very pleasant, with lovely facilities

The room was comfy and very large, and the close proximity to the Labyrinth track was lovely. Facility had everything. We didn't get time but jacuzzi looked lovely. Really friendly people and quiet (but need a car as out of town)

We didn't have an ensuite, so had to share the bathroom with other people. We probably didn't look carefully enough when we booked.

We stayed for one night on route back to Nelson. The location was superb and the scenery is stunning,

It was so cosy and comfortable. We loved the setting, hosts were amazing. Would highly recommend the Labyrinth Guest House.

In a word... Sanctuary!

To sum up the Labyrinth Guest House in a single word... Sanctuary. We were able to unwind and relax in a super comfortable room with amazing views out over the garden which features rocky outcrops which adjoin the labyrinth rock special site next door. The spa pool was so relaxing after a long day pf travel and we slept like babies in the quiet room with windows open and cool Takaka breeze. Hosts were perfect, very informative but also respectful of your space and privacy. Having laundry and kitchen facility was added bonus to an already amazing property. We can't wait to return. The owners were also kind enough to let us charge our EV (pre-arranged) which is a tremendous convenience to start the day recharged,

The shared bathroom & shower room down the hallway for the four guestrooms.
