I did not like anything .I was sold dreams ; the place was horrible. I do not recommend it for any tourist They should turn into student accommodation not a lodge.I showered with cold water my entire stay. The breakfast was the worst.i can do better compared to what was prepared for me; I even missed the following day breakfast. The amount they charge do not correspond with the facility. The only nicest thing is the pool; it was big and clean.
Everything, the pool was the only positive thing.

The breakfast was okay.
Easy to find right off the main road. Close enough to down town.
The place is infested with mosquitoes.
The beds where so comfortable at all
Facilities are not well taken of.
The poor was dirty. Had to remove leaves before my kids had to go in.
And what's with the name,? No elephants to view :)

Your staff are amazing very helpful very professional, the owner of the place is also a good person in my opinion the location
You should improve on your breakfast its too basic considering the money we pay, No beacon, two tinny breakfast sausage not well prepared some of us are hypertensive so we don't take regular coffee but decaffeinated unfortunately the kitchen staff didnt even know whats decaffeinated coffee is, you should have that in stock when we ordered chicken it was served almost raw inside we had to send it back to be redone, there was no toothpaste in the room. i repeat breakfast should be improved if there is anything that will make me think twice before coming back is breakfast

The staff were friendly and the size of the apartment was good.
The bath had water stains, more effort can be put into the cleaning of the bathrooms.
Breakfast left much to be desired, it was really basic.

It is quiet
The Aircon was fantastic
Staff was pleasant and attended to most requests promptly
Did not partake in the restaurant breakfast as had carried my special cereal and low fat milk
There was no WIFI provided in the room, i had my own dongle, the spring mattress was not comfortable, had to request for a foam one
there was no proper bed side mats, and no toilet brush, the geysers are too small to service to rooms
You can do well by having proper wardrobes, which are covered
there was no castlle-lite lager in the restaurant bar
we were at the mercy of the receptionist in terms of channels to watch on DSTV in the rooms
Limited choice of food to eat at supper
|Internal telephone was not working
TOO MANY MOSQUITOS
Please motorize your gate

the breakfast did not meet our expectation...it was not value for money otherwise the rest of the services were ok

The location was fine.
The lodge will need to work on its hot water supply and modernising its bathrooms to make it more comfortable for customers using their facilities.

Well cordinated booking and great customer experience. Check in was exceptional and the staff were on point. Location is in proximity with most tourist attractions like the musi-o-tunya. It is a good and quiet place- serene.
Kindly consider the time at which breakfast is served. Starting to serve breakfast at 8hrs is quite late.

This place is amazingly beautiful. I would say its a little but cozy paradise away from home, a must visit for anyone looking to have a good stay in Livingstone. Also this place is conveniently located within good driving distance of things that matter in Livingstone e.g the Victoria Falls, Mosi-o-tunya national park, shopping mall etcetera. Staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly; rooms are clean and have a brand new feel to them.
On the down side, I didn't like the fact that the swimming pool is poorly maintained. The swimming pool is crying for some good regular brushing and chemicals to keep the water sparkling clean and ensure an enjoyable experience for swimmers in this extremely hot environment.

Beautiful place, modern and new built.
Quiet at night (stayed from Sunday to Wednesday)
Aircon rooms and apartments, swimming pool with kids area
Very helpful and friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the nearby attractions. Emma (supervisor) was quick to resolve any issues. At the end of our stay we forgot to pack away a remote control, this was quickly sent of to us in Lusaka. This was just brilliant.
Booked through a third party hence staff on site were a little unsure about our arrival. I would recommend you email / call hotel and confirm that you are being expected especially of you will be arriving late. As everywhere else in Livingstone, be aware of mosquitos! Remember to request insecticide from the reception.
