Great experiences! Gorgeous condotel. Neat! Friendly staff.

Accessible in everything of your daily needs. 10mins walked going to Mall of Asia.

Traumatic experiance. Cockroaches everywhere spreading disease. Pool that was advertised cant use.

The Lobby was very nice with a friendly door man. There was a couple of convenience stores and restaurants just outside. Also a cheap massage place.

Please be WARNED that the swimming pool pictured is NOT available to use. They have some sort of ticket system that we got some for one day (paid extra for them), and then every day begged and pleaded to get more but our host lied and sometimes ignored us to eventually get a few more. We had 6 kids with us that were devastated that they couldn't swim, me also. Imagine, as a foreigner being so hot and bothered, looking at this wonderful pool and not being able to use it. Not happy. Also, if you don't get along with cockroaches, then this place isn't for you. Also we booked a two bedroom unit but was given two single units. So during meals we were cramped into a small dining area. One more thing, I was having an afternoon nap and two ladies came into my room, they had a key, I screamed at them and never found out who they were ?

Very very bad experience

Nothing.. They cancelled my booking a day after it was confirmed and we were at the property when they told us that the booking was confirmed and in booking.com it showed still confirmed. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They do not have proper channelling that the customer will arrive at property with no accommodation even the booking was confirmed

Convenient location

The place has cockroaches. The parking fee in the booking said 300 php, but when we got there, it was 500 PHP.

Not pleasant.

Location is one of the best. Personnel were nice. The key holder was prompt and very nice. The unit was filthy though. It looked like a tenant just left and it was not cleaned after. The cabinets were smelly. There were lots of tiny cockroaches inside and some on the hallways by the elevators. The swimming pool area and the grounds are pretty and seemed to be well maintained. The lobby was nice with lots of sitting areas, well lit.

Units should be cleaned in between renters. Cockroaches need to be eradicated. o ne bed is ok but the other one did not have a mattress.Closet was a mess. Bedsheets don't seem to be clean/ change or washed.

Good for budget travelers. Price needs to be dropped.

Location. Close to MOA.

Not as advertised. Was to be a two bedroom apartment but was 2 separate rooms. Have to pay for pool usage. Dirty kitchen. Poor beds as a single bed is make to look like a double. Foam mattress. Internet on and off. Cockroach in bathrooms. Toilet leaking. Think 2 star rated only. Maybe 1. Would never stay there again.

Nice location, disappointing room, hidden charges. Stay away from this property!

The property is close to MOA

We had to pay for parking (P1500) and to use the pool (P300 per person). The bathroom had leaks and the cabinets were in poor shape.

Great security,location,and facilities.

Dealing with a 3rd party agent, which posted on the booking website a facility that is not the actual accommodation that i paid for through booking.com
