La ubicación es excelente y es genial para ir unos días y hacer turismo o ir de concierto.

Mitten im historischen Zentrum Vegueta

Geräumiges Apartment in ausgezeichneter Lage direkt im historischen Viertel Vegueta. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Kochen existiert ein grosse Gemeinschaftsküche. Eine schöne Dachterrasse gibt es auch noch.

Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten, welche man verbessern könnte: Das Zimmer hat zwar ein super Design, aber die Möbel sind nicht immer ganz praktisch: Kein Schrank. Höhe des Schreibtisches ist nicht zum Arbeiten geeignet. (Ich habe stattdessen einen der Tische in der Gemeinschaftsküche benutzt, was gut funktioniert hat.)

Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer. Lage direkt im schönen Viertel Vegueta. Check in und out selbstständig ohne Personal also sehr unkompliziert.

Comfortable stay in a great location

The location is great for enjoying the restaurants in the old town and also to visit places out of town by car/scooter. The room is modern and comfortable and there is no noise from the street.

The room doesn't have a lot of natural light, just a small window to an inner court. The walls seem quite thin, you can hear your neighbors talking and using the bathroom.

The location of the property was excellent as we loved the old town. We hired a car so the old town was a good place to branch out of and have as a base each day. When we returned to the accommodation in the evenings we were able to go to the lovely restaurants and wine bars in the old town.

The room was only turned over once during our stay. This wasn’t ideal but is perhaps to be expected given the price of the stay and value for money. We think the value for money was excellent so it is to be expected within the price range.

The apartments are situated in a central location, at few steps from Santa Ana Cathedral and historical centre of the city, Vegueta. The design of the apartments is also nice and the building is beautiful.

First of all, the ventilation system doesn't work in the bathroom (Room 3). And the air is very humid in the room, because all the steam after you get a shower gets into the room. Also, because of the humidity, it smells like mold in the bathroom. Some shelves would be appreciated near the sink and also in the shower, there's no place to put your toiletries and toothbrush. I think that the shared kitchen was the worst idea the owners had when restoring this place and made it an accommodation facility. It is situated on the level above the rooms. Some of the guests are staying and cooking after midnight and it's not pleasant to hear the sound of dishes being washed at 1:00 after midnight. Also the kitchen floor is made of a wood that cracks every single time a person walks on it. It's unbearable for the guests that want to sleep at a late time in the night. It would be nice if the management would restrict the access to the kitchen after 0:00.

It was okay for this price range.

- The property location is very good. - Facilities in the room are quite new and clean. - The kitchen on the rooftop is very useful well equipped.

- The property has room to improve the sound-proofing. We stayed in the room number 10 and heard clearly people opened the door, footsteps on wood and chatting occasionally. Think the sound is coming from the rooftop. - The ventilation in the room, especially bathroom is not good, very moist after shower and it never dries up. - We stayed for 4 nights and only had dry towels for the first night. (Due to the moist bathroom.) - Air-conditioner in our room had problem at the last night, we can’t get in touch with anyone for help as it’s 11-ish pm. Temperature is not the problem but the moisture and thick air. We opened the window and let-in 1 or 2 mosquitos in the room to play with the whole night at the end.

Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay! The accommodation is close to everything most of the spots I had on my wishlist were a 10 minute walk! The place overall is very clean and comfortable. It’s quite easy to find the accommodation and there’s transports links everywhere, even to the airport. I would definitely recommend and return! Great location nearby Santa Anna place. Historical area & close to restaurants, bars, shops. Pretty big room with bathroom (shower & toilet) behind glassy wall (a little lack of privacy if you are not alone). High speed WIFI Big & comfortable bed Entrance with electronic card and check in online
