L'accueil est très professionnel, chaleureux et attentif, tout en restant discret. Nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère accueillante et le service personnalisé. La DEMEURE est située dans un cadre unique et cosy, avec une vue splendide sur le village de Sidi Bou Said, son port et Carthage. La décoration est inspirée de l'architecture traditionnelle tunisienne, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et authentique. La DEMEURE se fond dans l'architecture traditionnelle de Sidi Bou Said, avec ses maisons blanches et bleues et ses ruelles étroites. L'atmosphère est paisible et relaxante, idéale pour se ressourcer en couple ou en famille. En résumé, on se sent chez soi à la DEMEURE.

A nice place with a great view

Incredible view, beautifully decorated hotel, in a great location. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of it.

We booked a room that was listed as having one queen and one twin bed, but the room really only has a queen bed and a sofa. This may have been my misunderstanding while booking though. Upon arrival we were charged an extra 15% for needing two beds even though I had booked the room for two people.

Amazing View, Amazing location, Staff requires more training ....

Great View, Great location, Great Breakfast, Great Pool and Terrasse, nice rooms, Parking in front of the residence,

Cleaners in the morning and waiters during breakfast should be more discreet when they talk to each other, they were too loud (shouting), this was ruining a bit the great atmosphere and Charme of the residence.

Great stay to fully recharge yourself

Great stay with an amazing view. The hotel only has a few rooms which guarantees that you will have calm and quiet time to fully recharge yourself. The staff were the best, they were all so kind and helpful. Everyone made sure we were having a good time. I really liked spending time in the pool and in the garden. I believe I have found the perfect spot for my next weekend getaways. I will definitely come back to Tunisia just to stay here again.

A relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful setting.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were polite, friendly and attentive. The view was wonderful especially from our room. Lovely breakfast out on the terrace overlooking the bay. The chef was great, he came in at short notice on Eid after we foolishly didn’t plan for the holiday. The pool was great too.

Location in the top of Sidi Bou Said with a great view over Carthage and whole Tunis

Quite difficult to reach it by car (it is mandatory to pass security checkpoints and drive around Sidi Bou Said)

Excellent stay. We will be back.

We would highly recommend La Demeure. Both terraces offer breathtaking views, the rooms have plenty of space for sleeping as well as lounging. The reception and common areas have a modern design with comfort in mind. The staff is available around the clock and friendly. Location is just next to the famous cafe des delices (minus the tourists) in the heart of Sidi Bou.

The view from the rooms and from the breakfast terrace are unparalleled perhaps anywhere in the Mediterranean. If you get one of the sea facing rooms as we did, you will not want to leave. You wake up to a view of the Bay of Carthage with the Cape Bon peninsula stretching out in the distance. Just below is the view of the marina and to the left the famous Cafe des Delices. Its simply divine.

Best of Sidi Bou Saïd

Clean, modern and bright. We spent 5 nights and would go back in a heartbeat. The property is located in the heart of Sidi Bou Saïd and has amazing sunset views over Tunis. The staff was incredibly attentive and everything about our stay was perfect.

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the property, to the views and absolutely the staff was impeccable.

An Exceptional and Magical Place to Stay

Everything about this place was truly exceptional. The views are breathtaking and have to be seen to be believed. The photos on the website only give a suggestion as to how beautiful the location is. The hosts are wonderful as well as all the staff and we will definitely be recommending to all our family and friends. Thank you for making our stay a truly memorable one! We will definitely be back.
