Memorable

Staff responded promptly when called and were quite helpful in all ramifications. Frank, Tina and Mic were good

Need to have more utensils and cutlery including self-cleaning facilities for occupants. Description of location as in Booking.com needs further review for further accurateness

Really Nice Hotel but Breakfast Is Not for All

The room was spacious with a full kitchen which was nice. The beds were comfortable, good selection on the TV, and furnished pretty well. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning crew made sure the rooms were thoroughly cleaned each day. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. If you're lucky you'll catch the school kids nearby singing in the morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast IS NOT included for everyone! Only one breakfast per room! Very deceiving on their Booking.com page. I've never experienced one breakfast per room. So my parents had to pay for a 2nd breakfast each day which was just eggs, beanie weenies, and dry toast with coffee. Coffee we had to make ourselves! It made no sense. Breakfast included should be for everyone in a room. They harassed me for 2 days for payment because their card reader couldn't process my card. I discovered that their POS machine couldn't process payments over 3000 Cedis! You would think they would know this, but no I was hounded for 2 days and asked to get cash for payment. But it was their machine the whole time. That whole process left a bad taste in my mouth. The water was super hot, but it barely lasted for my entire shower. It was luke warm 3 minutes into my shower. I barely finished my wash routine! One of the days I needed to wash my hair, and I did it military style (wash with water turned off) and still the water turned cold within 5mins. No elevator! Wifi is meh.

All I gotta say is go and find out, Beautiful quiet place and this place the closest thing to a home

Loved everything about the place and the staff Kind and nice people

The location might throw you off a little but you would love it there and There’s nothing I didn’t like

Staff was very nice. There was privacy. & their response rate is high

Microwave in my room was not working even though they offered another Microwave in a different room, it was not convenient to go heat food in a different room. Also they do not check for towel & sheet change plus room cleaning unless u request.

Maple Homes is truly a home away from home, what got me so excited was the staff who were always ready to assist and off

Property so clean, necessary amenities, super friendly and ever willing to assist Staff

breakfast was too basic, only one option which is English breakfast, suggest that another option be offered

All good, I can recommend for future stays.

The rooms are huge and very nice. The staff is amazing, thanks to Frank and his colleagues for the support during the stay. They were always ready to help and very friendly.

The breakfast was not so convincing..

Very good

Nice, clean and spacious rooms! It also comes with a kitchen to make your own meals. Clean and very good shower! Free Wi-Fi but a bit slow.

Lovely experience, helpful staff but the breakfast needs to be for the amount of people on the booking not 1.

very clean and the finishing of the bedroom is lovely

being loudly woken up for breakfast at 8am and there being only 1 plate of it despite the booking being for 2, also the bathroom had a strange smell

The room was spacious, modern and clean.

Service was poor. They completely forgot about my airport pickup that they had confirmed to me three days prior wasting my time at the airport (eventually had to get a cab). When I arrived I ordered breakfast for 7:30, but it didn't come till 8:25, 2nd day my breakfast was 15 minutes late (no problem with that), but the order was wrong. Also, when I checked in the receptionist tried to convince me that the cleaning fee on my reservation that read "per stay" really meant "per night". He backed down quickly when I objected to that, but I wonder how many people have overpayed. Other than a very slow draining shower that overflowed to sink area, the room itself was quite nice. I would recommend they discontinue room service style breakfast as it can be tedious and they can't seem to handle timing or requests and focus more on improving service.

Great place and value for money

The place was neat and the facilities were very modern. I liked the staff and the service they rendered, especially Frank.

The bathing area didn’t have a closure at one end and also, there was only one towel for a room for 2
