The location was perfect. The building is right in the middle of off campus housing. Quiet neighbors. Easy parking right in front. Easy to find. Clean apartment. 2 big bed rooms with queen sized beds. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen had food in the cabinets in case I did not have time to shop. The apartment is very comfy and homey. Property manager had no issue with my late arrival.
The only issue is the shower is not super deluxe. The shower worked perfectly but the shower curtain is a bit off putting. I did not have a problem with it but I hesitate to over rate the apartment so people are not expecting a hotel room. This is a solid place for a short trip or for extended stay. If I needed to stay in town for a week I would stay here again.

Noah helped with everything and made my stay peaceful and filled with laughs. The property felt like it was my own home
Very quiet and friendly clean area

Just to start I don’t think Noah - although very responsive, reads the reviews. Gives lots of details about how to get in and pretty much leaves you alone the whole time. Overall, fine stay. A little expensive in my opinion but you can’t beat the location right next to the Uni and downtown.
Ps we must have stayed when it wasn’t very busy bc it was super quiet.
As per the reviews: The bathroom and kitchen sinks drain very painfully slow, the puke stain is still in the hallway, and there are still quite a few missing essential utensils/dishes. Bowls, strainer, measuring cups, a pan without loose handles etc.The flies in the windowsills, the beyond disgusting tea kettle caked in mold and grimy bathtub definitely indicate that the cleaning lady must not be getting paid enough to deal with it or she’s blind. Beds were fine but a little bit loose and loud. I do like the quirks of the house, I DARE YOU to admire the carpentry around this place 😅 (just a minor thing from my OCD) I totally understand it’s old but the creaks and soft spots are loud and many. To be honest, I wasn’t going to mention the things because Noah really didn’t do anything wrong and was chill but after seeing the nastiest tea kettle and a fly hanging out in the ceiling fan on Monday night in the middle of Feb pushed us to check out early and head home bc it was just the tipping point.

Great location. Considering the age of the home we were shocked at how quiet it was, both the house itself and the neighbourhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.
No complaints. It is an old home so there are small imperfections but nothing that affected our stay.

Nice location. Very nice and responsive host. Quick to resolve issues. Spacious apartment. Hot cocoa :) Good location. Comfy beds. Decent kitchen. Spacious fridge. Easy to get in. Building is locked - feels safer. Plenty of towels. Plenty of toiletries. Nice living room area.
Cold. No space heater. Thermostat doesn't make it very warm during winter (can get into negatives outside). Bathtub is outdated and was dirty. Bathroom sink clogged. Tenant downstairs smoked cigarettes and the smell floated up the vents.

customer service could be a little mor better they don’t usually allow early or late check in’s and check out

Great location. Host was very responsive to questions
Kitchen missing some helpful items. Parking was a bit difficult.

Noah was accommodating.
There was pot /smoke the vents nightly, people were loud outside, everything was creaky, it was very very warm in one of the guestrooms which made us open wondows...but then the cigarette smoke came in and loud voices were heard. No wifi for 2 days, front step had a hole, the key broke, someone came up our stairs and knocked on the door, there was a dog barking on our last night and a terrible fight/argument in our last night. Hardly got any sleep. The stove element is crooked so things cooked on a slant, the floors have major "dips" like there's no solid floor, the first guest room wall outlet was not secure, the headboard just layed up against the mattress so one couldn't lean up against it.

The building was quiet. The rooms were clean. No one had issues with their allergies. (Dogs/dust allergy in our family). There was shampoo/condition provided and extra sheets for the pull out bed in the living room. The area seemed safe & sidewalk/walkways were well-maintained in the winter.
The only things I found negative were minor. Eg. The clocks didn't have batteries in them & a light bulb in the lamp was burnt out/not working. The windows were a bit dirty as well. Not big issues in the least.

the property was close to the airport, and close amenities. you have everything you needed for your stay.
it was a bit hard to take a shower, not very good shower curtains to contain the water. we love the older style living so it was ok. It was a bit cold with no way turn up the heat which we found a bit uncomfortable. It worked out well for us
