The location is excellent for downtown and there is a valet parking service. There is an excellent pub/restaurant on the ground floor. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Could have been coffee making facilities in room.

Artful, quiet, nice extras like truffles at 8:00pm.
Parking was difficult with the city restrictions. Had to pay for valet service.

Amazing staff and service.

We loved the property! Staff was friendly, welcoming and informative. Great location for local restaurants within walking distance. Valet parking was easy. We left too early for breakfast but coffee and rolls were out. Very nice room, comfortable, modern and spacious. Would highly recommend
We liked it all

The location in the heart of downtown Fargo was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The staff does attempt to create a romantic environment by providing truffles, dimming down and arranging music to be played from the room`s CD player. In addition, the hotel has a nightly wine and cheese minibar that guests can use for free but only for 1 hour.
One of the reasons i selected this hotel was the rooftop bar with a hot tub but both were closed; Even the street level lounge was closed, i presume, due to COVID. I wish the hotel would have declared those on booking.com´s website and frankly in a state with minimal COVID restrictions, closure of these amenities without mention on the third-party travel website, significantly reduced the value of the hotel, in my opinion. I think having paid over 200 dollars a night, either the hotel should make their amenities available or reduce their rates to reflect the closure of such amenities. I am not quite sure what the hotel was referring to in regards to self parking as parking was valet only at a cost of 15 dollars/night which was interesting considering that you could park in Fargo without having to pay as long as you follow the street restrictions. Also, perhaps a minor detail, but no coffee makers available in the room, a common feauture in almost every hotel/motel i have previously stayed at.

So clean-smelled good!-lots of room- amazing shower-heated bathroom floor-truffles delivered to room a nice surprise!
The streetlight right outside our window shone the other wooden blinds, not that big of a deal though

The rooms are large, with calming colors to support the fabulous artwork.

They brought a cart to our door with an awesome selection of muffins and coffee. Way more than we could eat, but a fantastic option that was covid friendly. The room was super high quality with lovely woodwork and original exposed brick. Unique floor plan with a whole seating area. The windows near the bed had darkening shades in addition to the blinds. Fargo was a nice little town to walk around. We had really great food and fabulous ice cream.

Room was great. Hotel and property looks great. Place will be great again once it opens.
Entire place smelled musty due to closure I'd assume. Disjointed feel due to all the places except the hotel being closed. COVID breakfast could have used some choices.

An excellent hotel that creates a warm environment in the room. Wine, cheese, and charcuterie in the late afternoon were an added treat, along with chocolates after dinner. The room was decorated with original art. Nearby restaurants.
The TV was a bit small to view from bed.

Breakfast was strictly continental
I was told to stay there because of the fun lounge the excellent restaurant and the hot tub and bar on the roof.. none of these facilities were open

How helpful and quick the front desk was to accommodate my wants and needs.
The bathroom tub was a little messed up. The stock to hold water was broken. But other than that it was a good stay
5.0 / 10.0
The people working were nice, and accommodating.
Price, restaurants weren't open but practically *the whole city didn't stop covid from keeping open*, valet was expensive, just basically everything to do with the hotel room was well over priced- (bottle of Fiji water *smaller bottle* 3.25 each), when it wasn't worth it. We've stayed in much nicer ones for WAY cheaper.
Sadly first and last experience here...

We stayed here after it was newly remodeled and just loved it. So here we are, back almost 15 years later, and it still is just wonderful. Room/bed very spacious and comfortable. The shower and heated tile floor are lovely. Conveniently located, but apparently, not safe to leave your car parked out on the street at night. So valet parking available and very easy. Nice wine/cheese offering every afternoon. Bar and restaurant downstairs with great food/libations. We will definitely be back for another stay!
Things are getting a little run down. The thermostat didn't work in the room, some of the lights are burned out and need replaced. (the room and bathroom lighting are just awesome btw - lots of dimmers and varieties). Sink faucet control loose, toilet roll holder loose. Just minor things due to wear and tear.
