Thomas was an excellent host. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Breakfast not included, but full kitchen facilities, guest crockery and fridge provided.

For a homestay, I have no complaints. Room was a little hot for my liking, but it was easy enough to turn down heating.

Room for us to study for the course we were on.We were able to prepare our own food which helped with the costs.

Conservatory where I slept was noisy when it rained and a bit chilly on occasions, bedding was warm though.

It's in a nice and quiet neighbourhood of Birchwood, which is roughly in between Liverpool and Manchester. Good place to stay if you want to visit multiple towns and cities in the area.

Public transport was not great.

I have stayed on a weekly basis. I am now working elsewhere but would stay here again if I worked in the area again

the host is very amenable. he allowed me to collect the keys in my way to work. so that I could gain entry when I finished work at midnight

remains the same as all other times I have stayed at the property host is helpful allowing me to collect key early so I can commence my shift I will always stay here when working

I was not happy . very bad for me

everything was bad owner wasn’t good he was aggressive and he has mentally problems

location was bad .I found it hard the room was very bad too bright looks green house , it’s roof was clear glass shower was not good too nosy the door of toilet was not secure
