Conociendo Destin!

Desayuno aceptable nada del otro mundo, Ubicacion buena a solo 5 minutos del Henderson Park en coche, cabe destacar te dicen 300 metros de la playa pero dificil que puedas ir caminando ya que es una via rapida y muy transitada pudiendo ser peligroso! La habitacion es bastante comoda tiene una pequena cocina lo cual te facilita las cosas si quieres cocinar algo rapido! vista parcial a lo lejos del mar!

Deposito de $100 habiendo debitado la totalidad de mi tarjeta de credito, la piscina es bastante pequena y nada atractiva! el precio es un poco elevado para el tipo de hotel habiendo otros frente al mar con instalaciones mas grandes por el mismo precio o poco menos!

My stay was amazing in all aspects of lodging!

The property is expertly cleaned and maintained. It is centrally located to the action of Destin and walking distance to Joe’s Crab Shack is extremely convenient.

I have no complaints about the property. A wish would be to have direct access to a signal light while trying to exit on Emerald Coast Highway.

Tolles Hotel

Das war das tollste Hotel während unserer dreiwöchigen USA-Reise. Das Zimmer war eher eine kleine Wohnung, geschätzt ca. 50 Quadratmeter, mit eigener Küchenzeile, großem Kühlschrank, Sofa und einem sehr bequemen Bett. Der Waschtisch und der Schrank waren in einem Vorraum zum WC und zur Dusche untergebracht. Auch der Frühstücksbereich war sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet. Frühstück war gut. Der Poolbereich hat auch schön ausgesehen, wir haben ihn aber nicht genutzt. Der tolle Strand von Destin ist vom Hotel in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar, allerdings haben wir keinen Fußweg vom Hotel zum Strand gefunden (stark befahrene Straße zu queren). Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort.

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Overall, a decent stay but was expecting a more pleasant experience.

The breakfast was ok but not so good. Food was not fresh, and the hot foods were very bland. Could be better.

Rooms were not as clean as they could be, I found trash and furniture was layered with dust. Bed was Sleep able but not comfortable.

All in all, it was good

Pretty and nice location. Loved having a full kitchen!

The TV was mounted on the wall at a weird angle and it couldn’t be rotated so when I was laying in the bed and trying to watch TV, it was uncomfortable. They also didn’t have any streaming services.

Overall was a great place to stay and very close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches

Staff were friendly and helpful. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us.

There should be a better system for keeping guests with pets stocked with necessary items (door drop off for towels, toilet paper, etc).

I need a refund!

I wasn’t able to even stay here because I tested positive for Covid 5 days before my reservation and needed to either postpone or cancel my trip. I requested to postpone it twice and was denied the option. When I canceled the day before my trip, it gave me the option to also request the fee be waived. The property ignored my request to cancel and also charged me for the full booking! When I contacted them directly to explain the situation and fix the issue, the rep was so rude and told me there wasn’t anything she could do because it was their policy. She even had the nerve to call me back around 10pm that night to see if we were still coming! As if I didn’t tell her earlier that we were sick and I had cancelled the reservation the day before. And yes it was the same rude rep. So I guess they only see your bookings through the Booking.com app but any changes need to go through the property only. The disconnect between Booking.com and this property is insane.

Excelente ubicación. Gracias a Lois por su servicio durante el check in, su sonrisa y saludos cada vez que nos veía. Puedes ir caminando en cualquier dirección y encontrarás restaurantes, farmacias, centro de atracciones, e incluso ir de compras. A 5 min del Henderson Beach Park, hermosa playa con varios estacionamientos y baños públicos. El desayuno variado y todo muy limpio. La habitación grande, con unas camas cómodas. Quedé enamorada de la pequeña cocina.

Disappointing

The amenities advertised are not true. I chose this hotel because there were facilities and entertainment for small children, in fact the children's splash pad area did not work, turned on the last day. He began to work intermittently and it looked like a mockery of a 2-year-old child. Another family with kids were also upset... We stayed for 7 days and every day I asked the front desk, but the answer was that it was closed for maintenance but no one was working there. I tried to write an email to the general manager who never was there. No response received. The front desk manager tried to resolve the issue and made a discount of $50, on the last day, it's ridiculous .... given that the price difference with other hotels was much greater, but I chose this one because I wanted a comfortable stay for children. Breakfast was very basic and not much variety. The hotel actually had good potential, but it is absolutely without a soul… without proper management, common areas become very dirty and worn out (hall, barbecue area and pool) rubbish in the corridors lay for days, people ordered food and threw it into the common bins, the smell near the elevator area was appropriate. Very small shower room, uncomfortable. It is a pity that these moments upset our holiday, not always more expensive hotel lives up to expectations! I hope they will hear their guests and correct the inconvenience in the future! The size of the rooms, for example, is difficult to change, but the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast and the promised amenities can be provided.

Disappointing

I asked for a king 2 sofa bed room and the representative at the hotel advised me after I chr ked in and went to my room I called back down to the representative and she said that booking lies to us about certain things and that was one of those certain things me and my wife as well as children were very very upset and disappointed 😥
