Casa de um avó excentrica e maravilhosa

Gente! É um antiquário, mas da para dormir nesse antiquário! Sério, é meio que viajante: estatuas empoeiradas, pátios, os móveis antigos... Tem um órgão eletrônico lá, que a minha mãe tinha nos anos 80! Fiquei só uma noite, mas queria ter tido um dia inteiro só pra ficar olhando os detalhes! Valeu muito a pena!

O quarto em si não é muito bom, mas a sensação é de a casa toda é nossa!

La ubicación del lugar y que estuvo tranquilo

La habitación muy pequeña, aparte me cobraron de más y no dieron explicación del por qué, me cobraron más de lo que decía la publicación en Booking, la habitación 12 que me dieron era pequeña, y ruidosa ya que afuera está la pila donde lavan trastos, etc, aparte entra toda la luz del comedor en la noche.

-Ubicación del lugar. -Horario de check-in y check out es lo único bueno.

-El espacio es muy reducido. -El precio el alto para lo que ofrecen. -Se sentían los resortes de la cama. -Una habitación con ese precio tendría que tener aire acondicionado pero no fue asi. -Era habitación para 2 personas y solo ponen 1 toalla.

Se puede mejorar las instalaciones con lo que se cobra.

El lugar esta a 3 cuadras de la sexta avenida. Hay refrigerador y micro ondas en áreas comunes. Donde te infieren qué hay cámaras que vigilan.

No dan buenas indicaciones para reconocer el lugar. Una vez ahí, la cerradura es electrónica. Pero da indicaciones confusas para abrir. Luego te dice que te dejan la llave en la puerta, en mi caso no fue así, hasta que me pasaron por teléfono al anfitrión y me dijo que era colocar 00 y el número que me dieron, pero eso jamás lo refieren. Entras a la habitación y hay dos camas, en el cuarto que me dieron a mi. El colchón de una de ellas se sume todo. Y el cuarto huele mucho a humedad. El techo es de lámina, y se escucha todo. Como no está cerrado de cuarto a cuarto puedes escuchar toda la platica de los vecinos. En mi caso solo se aseo la habitación una vez durante mi estancia.

La ubicación y los jardines, el trato de la bienvenida.

Las sábanas parecían viejas y la habitación se sentía húmeda, se notificó y nos cambiaron de habitacion, no había concideracion de los demás huéspedes con el ruido. No había agua caliente, y la ducha muy pequeña.

convenient location, maids were friendly.

private bathroom had no sink and shower backed up almost immediately. was a strong sewer smell in room all night. no signage on building made it hard to find. owner wanted 50quetzales per piece of baggage per day for storage (that’s twice as much as they charged to park a vehicle for one night).

Exceptional

The beds are super comfy, and there is a nice main area to have drinks / food. Lots of lounge chairs everywhere. It felt very secure and we could even do our laundry there for a fair price. Hot Water in showers and snacks/drinks to buy 24/7.

No hangers for towels, no bathroom mat. Other than that, great!

not a comfortable stay

location is central

everything else is very poor about this hotel. when you arrive you don’t see any sign, the girl who did the check-in only gave us keys and left. then we got a room without bathroom (while we booked with one en-suite). we asked for this and than we could change, however they don’t provide towels or anything. if you shower the whole room gets wet and it doesn’t look that clean in the room. I would recommend sleeping somewhere else!

We had a room directly on the busy street, window wouldn't fully close so it was extremely noisy. Got no sleep. No sink/basin in bathroom No staff to be found when we had any questions, ended up just having to leave the keys in the door without checking out properly.

The best location to enjoy the city. Very safe. Quiet. Close to many public transport options. You can get a parking too... Terrace on top... You can use the fridge and the nice saloon. Flexible late check in. Totally recommendable.

Exceptional

I really enjoyed my two stays here (12 days total). I was surprised by how pleasant and spacious the room is. The bed was very comfortable. It has a courtyard so you can sit outside. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Many talk about not having a sink in the room, I did not find this an issue. There are shared sinks outside, it was not really a problem. And someone mentioned no hot water. It does have hot water. But in my room it was on the right. For the price range, it exceeded expectations.

Many talk about noise. There is a small gap between the wall and roof, so noise travels between rooms. It didn't bother me, but I work online until midnight sometimes and was worried this would disturb my neighbors.
