Preis-Leistung ist Top. Für den Zweck unserer Reise war es top.

Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert dank dem Schlüsseltresor. Busstation war nicht weit weg sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und sehr gut. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer melden. Man wurde für alles immer informiert.

Die Küche war etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Zudem war es etwas kühl im Haus obwohl wir die Heizung eingeschaltet haben. Vielleicht haben wir da jedoch die Bedienung nicht ganz verstanden.

Overall a convenient place to stay with comfortable beds. Just needs some TLC and a few extras to justify the price char

Convenient location for us with good access to public transport. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. All linen and towels were clean and fresh.

No where to hang/store clothes in master bedroom or single bedroom. Need more seating in lounge and kitchen as house sleeps 5 people. Not clean or well maintained outside/back of property. No outside seating. Food was left in microwave. No hot water in shower on the last day. Nowhere to hang washing (outside clothes line or clothes airers to use inside. Some clothes shrink in clothes dryers).

Nice location 5 minutes from trafford centre and 2o mins into manchester Bedroom’s spacious and parking space for car

No lock on bathroom door so was a bit awkward Also rug on floor corner curled up so kept tripping up can be dangerous if someone falls over. These are minor issues which need addressing Otherwise everything else ok

Value and appropriate for our needs.

Spacious and clean bedding and towels provided.

Another actual bed instead of bed seatee, maybe shampoo in case of forgetting your own . The door lock was a little difficult to lock.

Location, private off road parking and clean comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet area and shop at the end of the road.

Garden could do with a little weeding and tidying up. Would benefit from some garden furniture to sit outside. Shower temperature temperamental. Curtains in all rooms would make it feel more cosier. Only 1 settee in living room and a small chair so for a family awkward.

Highly recommended

The home is situated in a quiet area and nearby you can find everything such as supermarket, pharmacy and even restaurant. Warm place and makes you feel comfortable. Private parking was extremely great. Owner kept contact with me all the time during our stay 😉

Quite old bathroom and kitchen, but it's good for the price, the sofa on living room was uncomfortable.

Very dissatisfied

Centrally located to where we wanted.

Bins overflowing. Most lights didn't work. Back & front yard full of rubbish & cigarette ends. No control over heating. Paint & walls dirty including blood stains on bathroom door. Distinct smell of drugs upstairs. No WiFi & no TV signal. Messaged through the personal email the first day to resolve issues & still no reply. Seem happy to take money but not help the guests.

Communication was excellent, didnt have much problem during our stay. Heating was amazing for the cold nights! Wifi is good enough for online meeting. Nothing much to moan about

Electric shower could have high water pressure, and the carpet is a bit dirty if walk barefoot. Beddings were clean though.

Fantastic location, very clean, quiet area.

The house was perfect, in a very quiet area close to the best parts of the area. A couple of minutes only from the Trafford Centre, 10 minutes from Old Trafford and 15 minutes from the Airport. Excellent communication from the host. Highly recommended.

Can't say I didn't like anything. House was exactly as described and exactly what we expected.

There was the cleaner still there when we arrived The lounge door was hanging off its hinges The cleaner just rinsed bowls with food The rear garden was awful The bathmat was disgusting No lamps worked in any bedrooms Cheaply refurbished Cleaner left tumble dryer on Didn't feel clean

Great location. Have everything you need but beware of cleaniness

the location is perfect! very close to Trafford Center just a few minute drive. 15 minute drive to Manchester airport. Has own parking space out of the house. basically we have everything we need in the house.

the kitchen is not clean, all the pan/plates/ utensils/ hobs are very greasy look like have not been fully washed. We have to wash them all fully before we feel comfortable to use. towels provided is not complete dry. other than that all are good.

Great family stay thank-you.

The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Check in was seamless and we had great communication from the host. The location is also very convenient, 5 mins drive to Trafford Centre and 10 mins to Old Trafford. Off street parking a bonus. Highly recommended.

A good base to explore, which would have been even better value with a larger group.

It was nice to have a private space to retire to after exploring the city. The area was quiet, with a decent Co-op supermarket just a short walk away. Many of the fittings were new and of good quality.

Not every detail was carefully finished off, such as glasses with shop labels still on the bottom. In particular, we could have done with a few rails for towels and somewhere to hang the washed towels that were left in the machine. It would also have been useful to have a folder with instructions for the appliances and perhaps some information about local attractions and travel links.

Cleaner was very nice and friendly. Comfortable bed and warm once we found instructions for the heating.

I wasn't given instructions on how to enter the house which I didnt get until later. No instructions on how to work the TV or put heating on. These might have been helpful. Otherwise bed were very comfortable and house clean. Parking outside on drive.
