Asked for a double room and was given two single bed, mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Did not sleep well

Struggle to fault it, especially for the price paid and i stay away for work every week so im hard to please. Room was basic but warm and comfortable, as was the bed
Plugs by the bed, hairdryer on the wall by a mirror, tv and its remote worked and free wifi that actually worked.
Breakfast was very good, full english cooked fresh to order with lots of side options. Parking was free.
Rating wise, again for what i paid would be a 9.5 out of 10 and would definitely stay there again.

Used this as a base whilst at a conference. Served its purpose with adequate hot water, shower, clean and functional. Just be aware we stayed 2 nights, I added on an extra night at the beginning of our stay due to the weather. Our original booking was 1 night B and B. We got up for breakfast on our first morning and on reaching reception was told we hadn't booked breakfast, it was with our booking for the following morning. We asked if we could just swap and have a breakfast this morning instead and was told no but we can buy one. Does it really make a difference which day I eat my paid for food?

Absolutely terrible, wouldn’t stay there again.

The service from the staff was excellent but they are let down by the state of the hotel.
Sat on the bed and nearly went through the was as it was on wheels, seat top not connected to legs so moved all over the place, then to top it all, the hair dryer exploded.
Breakfast was poor but it’s not surprising as it was left to one poor girl running about doing everything

Parking is not free at all (£12), and you are charged tax on arrival. Pretty grim conditions. Perfect choice if you want to experience the closest thing to a refugee camp. Won't be back

Not very pleased with this hotel not very clean staff were ok
1.5
A little dated and needs modernisation. I stay away a lot and these are the worse beds in any hotel I’ve stayed in; no very good for their main purpose SLEEP 🙄
2.0
Nothing special but it's safe, comfortable, affordable, and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will use them again.

Staff was rude. Paying for parking a pain due to app and website are rubbish. Bed small and uncomfortable. Pillows flat as a pancake.
4.0
Hotel is located near a busy road, therefore some road noise could be heard.
1.5
Value for money & convenient location. No lamp on desk apparently any more! Not practical.

We found the hotel easily. Parked easily. Checked in without any problem. There was no lift so we had to struggle up the stairs with our luggage. The cost was a little higher for a Superior Room and if this was 'superior' I dread to think what the standard room would be like. The area around the shower was dirty and the desk/table had been knawed through, probably by a dog. Those probs aside, they were the least of our problems. The springs were almost coming through the mattress so I took off the mattress cover on one of the beds (2nd bed almost as bad) and was almost physically sick .... see attached photos. Sadly we'd already laid on the beds overnight. On checkout my husband reported the beds to the staff at the desk and they apologised. In fairness to them, it is very much the fault of management not them. There was no mention of any recompense but I urge people not to stay. Also, we had a meal at the restaurant - chicken tikka and the chicken was so hard we couldn't eat it. One positive though was the towpath alongside the river where we enjoyed a walk.

Good hotel within walking distance to nearest trams

Very comfortable room..stayed for one night only. Friendly reception staff on arrival and when checking out following day...room was clean and comfortable..bathroom abit dated but overall would use the hotel again

Campanile you get what you expect. Good safe parking, good bar and breakfast area. Staff great, rooms tired but functional. Location 10 minutes walk downhill to tram station.

What a horrible hotel

Beds like rocks. Walls dirty. Furniture dirty. Air cooler doesnt work. Rooms like saunas with a window that doesnt open (safety yes, but can still open further and be safe), bath tiny.

Its clea, simple, nr the centre. Affordable.
0.5
The absolute basics which would be okay for one night but the bed was terrible so NO sleep.
When you sat on the wall hung toilet it felt unsafe
1.5
Basic hotel that could do with a a refurbishment. Reactive prices seem to be the norm now so unfortunately prices in sub par hotels are raised when room demand is high. Not worth £160 a night and the luke warm welcome at check-in confirmed this.

VERY BASIC BUT GOOD VALUE .BUILDING AND FACILITIES TIRED BUT STAFF VERY PLEASENT AND ATTENTIVE .

Attending a concert at the Cricket Ground and this hotel looked to have everything we needed for a one night stay. Parking and breakfast included within walking distance of the venue. Arrived early not expecting our room to be ready but it was! Rooms are in a separate annex to the reception/bar/restaurant building. Our twin room was dated and rather small but clean and didn’t smell. Could do with revamp but we did sleep well. Complimentary Tea/coffee, TV, usb sockets. Breakfast was 7-11am in the reception building and consisted of freshly made full English as well as serve yourself tea/coffees/juice, Toast, cereals, yogurts etc. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. For what this hotel gave us for the price we would definitely use it again.

Location good for Old Trafford but desperately in need of a refurbishment as very tired fittings decoration etc.

Perfect for a short term, last minute trip.
2.5
A warm reception received upon arrival followed by an easy swift check in. The room was of a good standard bearing in mind the good value price paid. The room was clean with a noticeable smell of bleach suggesting the place is frequently cleaned.
4.0
Very basic accommodation, and for the money it’s fine. Beds aren’t overly comfy, but overall was clean and the fact there is locked free parking is a bonus.

Our stay was for one night following an evening in Manchester, we had a room on the top floor and there was no lift.
The room was basic but clean with a city view and the canal.
Comfy bed.
Limited interaction with staff but friendly enough.
I would stay again but ask for a room on the ground or 1st floor.
Good parking facilities.

Room old and tatty, decor poor, matress smaller than bed. Dust and dirt behind desk, just poor condition overall. Wont be back only positive was free parking. For 2024 people should not be paying £70 for dross.
3.0
Perfect for a cheap stay… Does what you need, just nothing to write home about. Average dated decor, reminiscent of 80’s/90’s, you get what you pay for. Generally OK
2.5
It was great good for a weekend away:)
Great view
2.0
Good location for city centre and for Old Trafford. Supermarket across the road plus fast food places. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms good value.
1.5
Hotel was fairly clean on arrival, but during the 3 night stay, no bins were cleared or any sign of cleaners accessing room to refresh.
Not under the hotel's control but there were a couple of very loud guests in the middle of some nights - possibly because of the reception being in a separate building this went unnoticed.

Really nice for budget stay
