Property big but overpriced ,downstairs have lots of mould and disgusting smell of mould if you have asthma or other allergies you will be not able to stay.
Property have lots of maintenance issues , air conditioner not working, bad internet , very dirty .
Beach umbrellas overpriced 20€ per day if you have sun-lounge . On top of that on departure you will need to pay 60€ cleaning charge which is not acceptable considering property price and what you getting on arrival.
Next to the beach and close to town

It was close to the beach
It was a long way out of town, the pool was small and not very clean, the kitchen facilities weren’t great (no wine glasses) there was no mop for the floor. The sofa was uncomfortable

Near the beach
Poorly clean, air conditioner didn’t work

Located really near to the beach and easily reachable le from the highway, which was good for an overnight stay on our route. Mattresses are nice and firm, apartments big and the pool really clean.
We found it as a last minute option after suffering a cancellation, so price was a bit steep for overnight stay. It is better suited as a mid-long term accommodation. Pineto has enough to offer for a whole holiday! Apartment was clean, but not spotless… and the AC could be a bit stronger.
