Bad experience.

Our original room was room 208, it was so bad! the bedroom light wasn't working, the kitchen cupboard door was broken and there was no stove but they say it's a self catering ? there was no bowls, no plates, cups not even cutlery. We had to complain to be moved to a different room which was a bit better. Oh and the pool is dirty, the pictures on bookings are totally false advertising, the place needs maintenance.

Hi Me and My Family liked how your place was so spotless, and not to mention your Bed's they were so clean and Comfortable and and during our stay we never spotted an insect's dat shows how much you take care of your place so keep it up.

The Swimming pool wasn't clean when we check in and Der were few chairs to sit on.

Neat apartment, however during one’s stay it’s best to stay indoors.The outside is not pleasing.

The apartments are neat and clean.

The noise allowed on the premises from other guests (loud music),I was irritated during my stay. I didn’t like the fact that my room card locked me out (when I hadn’t checked out and I had to go down to get it to open for me (it’s an unnecessary inconvenience). On arrive I had to wait for my room to be setup. The parking area had broken alcohol bottles I had to pick up to prevent getting a puncher on one of my wheels. The yard isn’t well kept, I saw a dead rat near the pool side. The parking isn’t convenient at all, it’s a hazard in fact.

Lovely.

Load shedding, cause I usually book at the one on Anne crescent and we don’t have loadsgedding that side.

I was very disappointed.

On my first day I was given a bed with broken base so I reported it and they told me they'll fix it the following day then I has to put the mattress on the floor. Shower not working properly. Bedsheets not changed for 3 days no cleaning materials provided. Water was cold on my second day. Pool area was dirty.

I liked the location I liked the apartment, it was clean and they had Netflix, The parking was also great

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra for an early check-in

We called the hotel immediately after booking and discovering we had booked at the wrong location. We wanted the one in Sandton but it booked us at Bramley. We asked if this could be changed to the Sandton location and none of the staff was helpful as a Result we ended up not going and forfeited our money

It is very spacious and clean. The beds were perfect. The place is beautiful.

There was no heating system and no mats in the bathroom and entire room.

Terrible ........terrible Noise 22nd July school crowd arrived from Northern Cape .there was the worst shouting allover the building the shouting was so bad it triggered anxiety .exassive banging of doors this happened all nite the morning was just as worse. Had no sleep at all!!!! This was extremely 😡

Literally nothing

Everything, firstly I was misled by being given the room that I did not book and when I asked the receptionist she told me that the room displayed in bookings.com is just a display room and not the actual room I've booked. The place had a horrible smell and we couldn't bare it with my girlfriend! We wasted our money because we didn't even sleep inside the room! Yes it was that bad! We opted to leave and lose our money instead of sleeping in such a dirty place. The receptionist is soo rude! Don't be misled and go to this place please!! No aircon, no coffee given, smelly place, very cold, there's nothing good about this place
