Had a very nice stay at this condo for a late-spring ski trip. The condo is conveniently located to area ski resorts, the main town area of Silverthorne, all within the small community of Dillon. The condo is more spacious in person than the pictures. All amenities were modern, clean, and in good working order. The heated garage is large and clean, with easy access to the elevator and luggage cart. The views from the living room/dining room area are spectacular - mountain and lake vistas to experience the ever-changing weather in the Rockies. One tip - you may want to pack earplugs to sleep if you intend to keep windows open on Friday/Saturday nights. The condo overlooks the end of "main street" in Dillon where up-street loud late night revelers and noisy cars/motorcycles (including 2AM peel-outs) may disrupt your sleep. The small grid-like layout of the immediate streets/area seems to amplify the sound.
Communication from the property management were accurate, timely, and comprehensive. I would not hesitate to re-rent the property or work the management team for future travels to the Dillon area.

The property was comfortable, clean, and had amazing views. The beds were comfortable and the property had almost everything that we needed. The only thing that would be a nice addition is amenities for younger children like a few plastic dishes and a travel crib/ high chair. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

The garage was convenient and had plenty of height which was nice because we had a car topper. The garage openers weren’t working during our stay but appeared it was out for other tenants/guests during our time there. The storage was perfect for bikes.

What a beautiful place! Clean, affordable, and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The location was ideal with many things to do in the area. I can't imagine how it could have been better.

We flew in from Texas and it took about an hour and 45 mins to get to the property from Denver. Easy instructions to get into the garage & home. Very clean & beautifully furnished. Plenty of space, linens, pillows and the beds were very comfortable. Loved that each room had a fan, for us folks that sleep hot 😊
Check out was easy and efficient too. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Colorado.

Perfect property located in Dillon. Shops and a bowling alley within walking distance, restaurants and pubs around the corner very close as well. We enjoyed the location of the property and its proximity to skiing in Loveland, Keystone and Breck. The property is beyond perfect. NEW, Clean, spacious and well equipped with anything and everything you could need during your stay. The managers were detailed and helpful, check in and out process was quick and simple. Our only mistake was not noticing the elevator down the way from our (indoor snow free!) parking spot, so when you check in take a look for the helpful luggage cart and ride the elevator up as opposed to taking the stairs!! My husband is already ready to rebook this property for a future stay in summer and another winter!

We had a great stay at this rental. The view is breathtaking! Property was very clean, well furnished and close to everything in Summit County. We have stayed in several places over the years and this was our favorite. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.

Our stay in Dillon was excellent in every way. We chose the location to have flexibility with our Epic passes so we could ski Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail (wanted to get Beaver Creek in but didn't have time). The location and the quality of the condo was perfect. We had a party of 6 and everyone had plenty of space whether socializing, sleeping, or preparing for the day. The kitchen was well equipped (even has a spice rack), the garage parking was a huge plus with all the constant snow coming down, and the proximity to everything couldn't have been better. We even felt we could escape the crowds a bit given in was one of the busiest times in the resorts. The only thing to know is as avid football fans, we weren't able to get access to sports on the smart TVs (we watched on our devices as the wifi was excellent). On a final note, Mat was excellent to communicate with...always responsive with any questions we had.

Mat and Penni’s place is fantastic! We loved our time at their place, enjoying the sunset views from the porch, the fully stocked kitchen and the heated garage. The photos don’t do the view justice, it’s a very relaxing and peaceful environment. The beds are comfy and if you like us have anyone with allergies or asthma you don’t have to worry about the sheets smelling because they use sent free laundry detergent. The table is perfect for games or a puzzle and there was plenty of space for us to hang out as a family in front of the fireplace. When we visit Dillon in the future we will definitely stay here again!

The listing was very accurate in it description. The property is superbly managed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed hiking in the area. Excellent location for trailheads. Entry and exit instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

The living area has a great view of the lake and mountains. Easy and safe walk to the Dillon Amphitheater. Well stocked kitchen with quality utensils. Good response from maintenance (battery in a smoke detector needed replacement). Overall, we hope to stay here again.

Summer in the Rockies!
We had the best time in the condo and in Dillon! My wife and kids, all teenagers, loved the property and being so close to everything! The property manager was great with communication and expectations, smooth process from start to finish, the views are incredible, couldn’t ask for more! One bummer in the summer, there’s no air-conditioning, but if you leave the big windows open it’s fine. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend, beautiful and comfortable!

Great place with everything you need and close to lake and restaurants and shopping
We had a great time and were able to visit plenty of surrounding towns as well as enjoy local foods. we were so glad they had fans to help keep cool aon warmer afternoons. Parking garage was definitely a plus. appartment had all updated appliances.

Beautiful condo and the hosts were very quick to respond. Condo is exactly as pictured and you cannot beat the location. It was a quick 15-20 minute drive to Copper Mountain. Parking garage spots were also a huge plus!
