This house was just like the photos. It was clean, well stocked with supplies, and had a very easy check in/out process. My friends and I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it!

We had a great 3 night stay here. The house was very clean, bright, modern, new appliances, new furniture, nice bathrooms, pretty murals on the walls, fresh linens and towels. Short trip to downtown. This is like a townhouse in a neighborhood area with other new townhouses and some still under construction. But it’s right in the middle of an area of town that seems a little sketchy. That being said, we had absolutely nothing concerning nor any issues in that regard. A few other minor things: the trash can was at the curb and overflowing when we arrived and it stayed that way the entirety of our visit. There are a lot of stairs from the ground up to the main level of the house and then again to the second floor, so if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues that is something important to know. It was not a problem for us. The back porch was dirty with some old cans and cobwebs and wasps nests, no furniture. We didn’t need to use it however. Our entry code did not work upon arrival but after contacting the manager it was a very quick, easy and friendly fix. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Comfortable stay for four adults and five teens.

The property was well furnished and nicely decorated. We stayed four nights. A portion of the outside stairs did not have a railing. There is a main floor bathroom; however it was a tub that my mother in-law could not step into. I had to take her up another flight of stairs to get into the shower. This property is not handicap friendly at all. There outside trash bin was full and there was trash piled up around the bin. The trash was dumped during our stay; however, the did not pick up the trash on the outside of the bin. I actually cleaned it up myself.

Overall the property was great. My only complaint is tje fact there is construction right outside of the townhouse which started every morning at 5:00 A.m.which meant you couldn't sleep in on Vacation.

Enjoyed our stay, had no issues other than the Wi-Fi not allowing more than 3 people to be connected at a time. Very spacious and clean house, had a great trip!

This property was just perfect!! It was clean and had the perfect amount of space. The host was responsive and easy to work with. It was absolutely perfect for the bachelorette party. Can't say enough good things!

Overall really good experience. Lots of stairs and steep to go up to the entry. Lower steps need railing at the bottom. Not a place seniors should stay. Property was very clean and beds were super comfortable. AC worked great. Only a couple of things needed to be improved on. WIFI would only allow about 4 to be on at one time. Gas oven would not light, ice machine and water in fridge were not connected. Iron needs to be checked and cleaned periodically. When we went to iron a shirt for our daughters rehearsal dinner, rusty water came out of the iron and stained my husbands shirt, luckily he had a backup. These were not make or break things and I would stay there again.

Our stay was great and it was the perfect size for four couples. As advertised. Neighborhood is currently being revitalized but that isn’t the fault of the property owner. All in all we felt very safe the entire time. Great property and clean. Had everything we needed to enjoy time with friends and rest our heads at night. I would stay again.

5 stars for cleanliness! Great location proximity-wise, though there is construction right next door . Noise didn't bother us. Suggestions: more hooks around the house, screens on windows for fresh air without bugs. Overall a GREAT property! Thank you very much!

The property was very clean and spacious. The driveway was very steep with more steps leading to the front door The property management company was very responsive with questions, even over a holiday. The area is a new development, so there is construction across the the street at the roads were rough. I think in a few years once this area has been developed and some restaurants move in it will be a great neighborhood. The best thing about this rental - they provided more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. The showers also had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

A wonderful brand new home! It is modern and close to everything. Loved the views from the Master bedroom. It was a great weekend, great location. It had everything we needed and wanted. We will be back.

We had a great time! Perfect for a bigger group. Location to downtown was an 10 minute Uber ride, the neighborhood was a little sketchy due to all of the construction, but never felt unsafe! If you don’t like walking up flights of stairs, this house isn’t for you!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Couple suggestions.. it said the kitchen was fully stocked and had pics of coffee maker with coffee etc so we didn’t bring our own coffee and there was none there. Also could of used some kleenex boxes! Other than those two things everything else was great!

This place was perfect for our group of 10! Everything was clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is a tad sketchy upon arrival. The neighborhood is up and coming so no worries. Try out the pizza place and the dive motel down the road. You will not be disappointed!
