We absolutely loved our stay here to explore every direction. Location is perfect to get in all that you can and have a super cozy and clean place to rest and enjoy. We certainly hope to stay again in the future to explore even more! Thanks Meghan! We loved it and the beautiful horses!

Great place to stay in Kanab. Perfect for two couples. Close to town but far enough away to enjoy the solitude. The house is clean and well stocked with good parking. If you are used tho staying in a hotel in town this a huge upgrade. We keep coming back, this was our third stay in this home.

We enjoyed the seclusion and privacy while still being close to attractions and restaurants. A great base for the National Parks and surrounding trails and slot canyons

We enjoyed our stay in this great house! It’s in a great location, very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed visiting with the horse next door. Thank you!

Was a perfect location for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon.
Enjoyed the nice house and liked sitting on the patio and viewing the scenery outside.

This was our first VRBO experience. We had a very comfortable week in this property. Everything was as advertised. House was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Host made contact with us and made us very welcome. No issues at all. Our only suggestion might be to provide exterior trash bins to facilitate disposal of trash and re-cycling items iaw. the town's schedule. We did this through our host, but we shouldn't have had to use her for this. She has better things to do!

Perfect place to access Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon & Pink Coral Sand Dunes. Also plenty of hiking around Kanab. Gorgeous view from our lodging & the owner did a great job of making it the best stay possible. Highly recommend & hopefully we can come back again!!!

We chose Kanabe for its location as an amazing base for exploring the beautiful parks and surroundings.
We chose the home for the clean design lines, spaciousness and wonderful value. We were so right!
Located just outside of town, we found ourselves in a gorgeous private setting of another world. Lifelong northeast residents, we did not understand the beauty of the west. From our front yard, we fell in love with night sky Milky Way. (… be sure to bring a tri-pod for your phone.) We also loved our early morning visits from the neighbors beautiful horses. Our hostess was simply the best!
As we hoped, the home allowed for easy day trips to the canyons, gulches, and hiking. So much has already been written about Zion, the North Rim, and Bryce. Pick your own favorite. They are all great.
The people, the town and its history, the restaurants, coffee, and the art(s) were all exceptional. We highly recommend!!
We are forever changed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside of Kanab with great views of the surrounding red bluffs and green trees. The house is quiet, well kept and convenient to town but far enough out to get out of the traffic and tourist noise. We would definitely stay again next time we are in southern Utah.

My wife and I loved the house. Tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need. Very quiet neighborhood a short drive to the stores in town. The horses next door were very friendly.

Upon arrival my family and I we’re quickly awestruck at the amazing beautiful view from this sweet little home away from home for a few days. Meghan thought of every little thing one would need for a stay in her beautiful home. The decor and furnishings were perfect! The very first thing we noticed when entering was how clean and great the house smells. We were minutes from town with quick access to food, groceries and gas. Hands down the best VRBO and host! Our family from Tennessee can’t wait to come back.

We stay in many rentals and this was definitely one of our top favorites. Beautiful Mountain View’s, felt like we were out of town and yet close in to anything we needed. Loved the atmosphere and personal touches. Well stocked with all we needed. Even used the small oven to cook our Costco lasagna. Spotless and very comfortable. Would love to book this place again!

This was one of the absolute best rentals we have ever stayed in! The location was perfect for enjoying Zion, Bryce, Horseshoe Bend, and North Rim plus much more we didn’t have time to get to. The home is comfortable, the setting beautiful, and the host thought of every detail. Highly recommend!

This property was new, clean and in a great location! It was just minutes from town and restaurants….but in a beautiful panoramic setting! We enjoyed seeing wildlife and loved our stay so much! The shower was wonderful and the bed comfortable! I would highly recommend this rental! We used it as a base to return to each night after a day of hiking and exploring the National Parks. Perfect!

Really enjoyed the place. The night stars were stunning. It was fun watching the horse and friendly bunnies! Only disadvantage is that the second bedroom did not have a place to hang up clothes (no closet or clothes rack)
Note: the kitchen does not have a traditional stove. The burners are stored in the lower drawer and can be placed on top of counter to be used. Great porches front and back to sit on too!

Great location to numerous state & national parks. Beautiful rental with incredible views with friendly host and sweet horses who visited us every morning. Great star viewing at night by one of the 2 fire pits.

Father/Daughter vacation
This property was outstanding! Perfectly located for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim. Close to town for groceries, restaurants, etc., yet far enough outside to remain tranquil. All amenities were available and communication with the host was simple. We had no issues during our stay and I look forward to returning on future trips.

So comfortable! Nicely appointed and equipped. Great outdoor shaded sitting areas, super-quiet neighborhood. Easy access to town, shopping, and central to dozens of amazing hiking opportunities. Highly recommend!

Clean quiete house with beautiful views from patio.
Clean quiete house with beautiful views from patio.
Unfortunately only Queenbeds in both bedrooms and no stove available - you need to use a Camping cove which is available.. Steam cooker available but smells in a way that we didnt use it.
Lacking guest amenities: Toilet paper, hand soap

Clean, quiet retreat in Kanab
Just a few minutes to run into town, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and new and the host was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this over the generic hotel choices in the area.

Couldn't have asked for more!
We fell in love with this place from the minute we drove up. It’s just a couple blocks from downtown (a quick ride on the UTV). Zion, Bryce, the North Rim, Peek-a-boo, Antelope, the Wave … everything was so close, we were able to easily get to all the things on our list.
The casita had all the things we needed. So beautiful, inside … very open with a stocked kitchen (and even a welcome basket)! The bathrooms were so clean and being able to do laundry after our days in the parks was a bonus. All the rooms had more than enough space for us (and our gear). We fell into bed every night tired and woke up well rested.
The views from every room of this place are EXCEPTIONAL. Plus, we had a fire every night overlooking all the beauty of the Kanab area.
Meghann was such a welcoming hostess. She had great tips and resources for places to eat, see and do around the entire area. You can tell she loves her home and wants to share that with her guests!
We didn’t want to leave … We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay.
This super cute house is very clean and is well stocked. It is very private with great views. The couch in the picture has been updated with a larger sofa which is very nice and offers more seating room. The town is just a short drive away if you want to explore. Be sure to eat at Rocking V's café! It was so delicious! There are hikes in Kanab as well as the National parks. Overall , a great place to stay.

Keep this a secret
I loved this house! It was clean and beautiful. Plenty of space to park our trailers. The views were spectacular from all angles. We hope to stay here again!

It was a very comfortable stay. It was pretty well equipped, I just thought more storage like a closet or drawers would have been nice. Close to downtown.
