Our worst VRBO experience. The host never provided us with a phone number for help. We only had an email address for a property manager. This was a major problem for us later. The internet wasn’t working and we had issues the whole time. The property itself is old, and dirty. I have pictures of a soiled mattress that we were expected to sleep on. It had several large stains on it. The shower in the master bedroom did not have hot water. I told the host that we were having trouble with it and he said he would look into AFTER our stay. Not helpful, and this forced 5 people to share one shower. On our second morning there, the smoke alarm began going off and would not stop! There was water leaking out of it and water stains all over the ceiling. As I mentioned, there was no phone number for help, and so I had to email the host and the manager for help. Neither one responded and I had to try the VRBO help desk to reach someone. Nearly 2 hours after the alarm and leak occurred, the manager arrived. He took the smoke alarm off and pieces of the ceiling were falling to the floor. At this point we decided we were not safe to stay at the property that night and booked a hotel for us and our 3 kids. The host never called or emailed us to say the repairs were made, or that all was clear to come back. This prompted us to stay at a hotel for the remainder of our trip. We’ve requested a refund for the 4 nights we didn’t stay there, but the host has refused!

Property was exactly as advertised. Secured by a courtyard gate off Endell Street. Great space for a family in covent garden area. Three or four tube stations within a 5-10 minute walk (CG, Holborn, Tottenham court). Great cafes and restaurants all around Neal’s Yard. 2.5 baths. Good showers. Comfortable beds. Functioning appliances ane electronics. Coffee and tea provided. All was really good. Highly recommended. Wifi was a bit spotty but that seemed to be a problem with the carrier, not the router. No A/C but it wasn’t needed.

excellent location, very comfortable accommodations in a safe and quiet space - there's a gate and courtyard which makes you feel nicely insulated when you want to rest after a long day of exploring. Only thing is the wifi is a bit spotty on the second floor, but other than that it was excellent.

We stayed for three nights and four days at this flat in Covent Garden. The location was incredible. We were walking distance to the Covent Garden Tube Stop which is on the Piccadilly Line. This line takes you to the airport. We were also walking distant to an array of restaurants, theater and restaurants. We were also able to walk to Buckingham Palace too. I highly recommend this apartment. Next time we visit London, we hope this flat is available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stay - Dec 14 to 17th. Smooth check in with great communication. Wonderful location with apartment off the street so you did not have a lot of noise at night or during the day. Kitchen is fine for cooking if you want to and the layout of the first floor is good for families. Everything you could really need is in the neighborhood and we could have easily stayed for a month without a problem. Very close to the tube if you need to leave the neighborhood. We will stay again here. Few tips - Tesco is 1.5 blocks away, Costa/Pret are close for coffee, Ole & Steen is 1 block away for pastries, Majestic Wine store is very nice and three blocks away, 10 Cases is good for dinner within a block, Rock & Sole is amazing Fish and Chips within a block. A little further but walking is Circolo Popular for italian food, Balthazar and cocktails is a place called Murder Inc.

There was great communication from the beginning, place was exactly as advertised great location, with lots of restaurants and bars around. Would come back the only problem was our plane landed at 6:00 am and didn’t have a spot to place our bags. Steve told us where we could rent some space so we did, we got to check in a little early so that helped also.

You could not ask for a better location! This place is close to everything in a beautiful neighborhood! The beds were super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. The front gate with security code provided extra safety. Would definitely come back!

We were very happy to see that the flat was just as it was presented. There was an ease getting the key and location from the train. We loved the area and found it very easy moving around to our sightseeing events. I even found a Starbucks around the corner! It was truly a nice place would definitely come again. Beds were nice everyone slept well. Restaurants next door and around the neighborhood. We were next to a theater with Mrs. Doubtfire right next to us. It was great fun. This place was a good one, be sure and check this one out. Also, when we left for the airport the taxi was able to be in front with no issue of traffic.The neighborhood was really good. We have children but had we been adults only it would have been great fun late night. We left early so if you are going that route go early or else there is an unbelievable traffic jam getting out of the city to the airport. I believe we left at 8am. The trains were amazing with escalators. I was in heaven. The ride was great from the airport to the flat on the trains. It gave us a look at where areas of the town were. Great location, centrally located to underground stations, shopping and bars/restaurants. Apartment is nice, necessities provided for kitchen and bath. All policies were clearly stated. Beds are FIRM and slightly short- our 6’2” guests feet hung off the end. Otherwise 5*.

We stayed here with my wife, three kids (7, 7, 2), and my parents. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. My parents had their own private room downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs were great for the rest of the family.
The apartment was very clean. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was a great place to hangout and watch TV.
The best part about this apartment was the location. We were close to all the main attraction in London as well as the theaters and a plethora of restraints. The convince store was also a very short walk. Even though it’s in the heart of London activity, it is nicely tucked away in a private and quite courtyard. It was perfect.
Mike and Stefan were both wonderful to work with too!

My wife and I have been to London 6 times including a semester while in college. We know the city fairly well and wanted to share it with our children 12 and 14. This property was perfect! It’s location and privacy were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Communication before during and after our arrival was spot on and check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. My mom and I stayed at the property in Covent Garden and had a wonderful time!
We were looking for a ground level property in walking distance to London attractions and this property worked perfectly for us. The property is on ground level, has a private locked entrance from street to community garden and private entrance to property from the community garden. Well lit entrance felt safe and secure.
The property is located in an wonderful area of Covent Garden, easy walking distance to shows, local restaurants and the British Museum. We enjoyed both Matilda (Cambridge Theater) and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (Gillian Lynne Theater), both easy walking distance. Easy to find reduced price tickets online for day-of shows.
The British Museum is an easy walk and absolutely wonderful.
Local restaurants we enjoyed were De Mario Italian Restaurant (highly recommend for dinner), Cafe Mode, Rock & Sole Plaice (fish and chips), Salt & Pepper (delicious lunch!)
The property is well appointed, is as described, and there is excellent communication by Stefan and his staff. There are two upstairs bedrooms with attached bathrooms - the bigger bedroom has bathroom with tub + separate shower, and the smaller upstairs bedroom’s bathroom has shower. Both rooms have lovely beds. Main floor has powder room, kitchen with combined washer/dryer, dining area with large dining table, living space with two couches (one with pull out bed couch), and adjacent room with separate bed. Off the main floor is a separate door to outside with private garden.
The property is well located in London and even with city location is very quiet with no noise disruptions at night.
Our visit was in the fall and the temperature in the property was very comfortable.
We loved our time there and hope to return.

Three of us stayed here for a 4 nights on a trip to London/Edinburgh. It is absolutely a perfect location to explore London. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax after a day of walking. Stefan (host) was very communicative and answered all of our pre-arrival questions, checking in several times during our stay to make sure all was going well. I must admit that we did not cook a single meal during our trip, too many great places to eat nearby, but the kitchen appeared well appointed and provided us with coffee and tea which was all we required. Fully recommend staying here!

We were 5 ladies heading for theatres etc, the property location is behind Covent Garden and within walking distance to most London landmarks. The house has a patio area to enjoy and was well equipped & extremely clean through out. We would highly recommend this 5* property.
More importantly, The agent /owner, (Stefan)we dealt with, was extremely efficient and answered all queries prior and whilst staying. Extremely smooth running organisation.

The perfect place to spread out and relax in London.
We stayed at the tail end of a week in England. The flat was absolutely perfect. Clean, well equipped and plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. The pictures you see online are exactly what you will find in this pristine nest in Covent Garden. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful the entire stay. We will definitely come again and recommend to our friends when they are traveling to London!
