The villa has a spacious heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, pool table, ping pong table, football, digital dartboard, Xbox one, putt mat for golf, paddle rack, tennis rack, golf bag, stand up paddleboard, inflatable kayak, bodyboards, surfboards, goals for water polo, goals and clubs for floorball, pool volleyball net, full-size basketball hoop, radio-controlled cars, dolls, stuffed animals, puzzles, lego, board games, swimming goggles, pool toys, thinking games, costumes, archery (booth real sharp arrows and children friendly arrows), electric massage chair, inflatable bouncy castle with slide down into the pool, outdoor cinema, arcade game with thousands of classic games and many more things.
Altos la Gloria is Maspalomas most exclusive residential area. It is secluded with guard but still close to the beach and restaurants. Playa de San Agustín is the place for you. It is the most family-friendly alternative to Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. In addition, San Agustín is a great beach for bodyboarding, surfing and, further out in the bay, even kitesurfing. Ideal for sports-loving families with older children! Since this is a private villa in an exclusive area, it is not possible to party and play music late at night outdoors. However, it is possible to play music at high volume in the bar and on the lower floor.
The villa is also suitable for companies or associations who want to have a conference or training camp.
There is an elevator in the house that goes to all four floors.
