About this apartment rental
Beautiful bright and comfortable apartment very well equipped a room Notre Dame street in the heart of the popular Chartrons district.
Historic cradle of Bordeaux merchants, the Chartrons district stretches from the Jardin Public to the quays, passing by the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district.
Antiquaries, wine storehouses, wine, trading, colonial trade have often been the key words to which the Chartrons have long been attached. A famous district of the city of Bordeaux taking its name from the order of the Carthusians who, at the end of the fourteenth century, founded a monastery around which grew a suburb. A place that has become very place to be in the north of the former sleeping beauty, that Sitigeo is today a pleasure to make you visit.
Village in the city, which probably explains why many still consider themselves Chartronnais well before being Bordeaux, it is the intendant Tourny who will connect them by a walk and a large alley. Program of urbanization whose ambition was to make Bordeaux the most beautiful city of the kingdom, which will include the construction of sumptuous homes and the public garden.
We can say that the steward of King Louis XV has made his bet well and deserved the statue proudly standing at the end of the alleys that bear his name.
Baby bed and/or baby chair on request

Lovely looking modern apartment in a great location. Lots of stairs though! Right at the top. Easy access and good communication. Great facilities.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for our stay. The location was perfect: lots of options close by for coffee, bakery, restaurants, shops and wine bars. The apartment was close to the tram and buses and few minutes walk to the quayside along the river and Place des Quinconces. We would definitely stay again in this property.

Thank you so much for a very special stay in Bordeaux. The location is perfect. The apartment had everything we needed and had clean linens etc. It was all as described in the advert. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Check in was very easy. I’ll definitely stay again if in beautiful Bordeaux!

We've enjoyed our 5 days in the city. Everything was very clean. The flat was just in the middle of one of the nicest neighborhoods in Bordeaux. Just be aware that it is placed in the upper level of the building (3 storeys without elevator) All in all, for us was excellent value for the money.

I stayed at this apartment with my husband and brother while we were in Bordeaux to explore the city and attend a concert. This place is super central with a supermarket right across the door. It is so easy to get anywhere from here. It’s also so beautifully decorated and has every amenity you would require for a stay. Nicolas was lovely and helpful in his communication. I have recommended this to all my family and friends who want to visit Bordeaux and will look nowhere else when I visit again as well! Thank you for a lovely stay, Nicolas

Throughly enjoyed our stay here, location was brilliant just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bordeaux. Lovely bed and sofa bed, value for money was exceptional.

The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring Bordeaux. If you are a very tall person it might challenge you due to low and slopped ceilings. Also, no elevator and roughly 90 steps, the last section steep and narrow. If none of that is an issue good apartment

Recomendado

A ÉVITER

great location
Sophie was lovely and a great host. The property is perfect in a perfect location. We loved Rue Notre Dame, it was so us with its cafes, antique stores and right down the opposite side an awesome wine bar owned by a lady named karen. A wonderful experience where you can be a local.
Only suggestion is to actually have more kitchen basics, If i wanted to buy a melon, I didnt have the right knife to cut it, just a pairing knife which would never be ok. More than salt too, I think basics spices such as black pepper, oregano and red paprika would suffice. Other than these small things, its a great property hosted by lovely people in a great location.

Super séjour !
Je recommande !
