I would have given 5 stars, but I wanted to get someone's attention regarding a questionable issue. The 2nd day of our stay, we had an unexpected guest. A man was banging on our door, and walking across the breezeway and doing the same, to our neighbor. Thankfully, my children did not answer. When I confronted him, he said that friend had texted the address, and asked to meet him there. His story ws sketchy, at best. He could not tell us who his friend was, or provide any contact info.We were able to make him leave, eventually. I spotted Rosemary Security about 100 yards away, and advised them of the strange encounter. They were not interested in contacting local law enforcement , and brushed me off with "yeah, we saw him, we'll keep an eye out for him". They refused to have local Sherrif's Department run a license plate check. Their lack of interest was really disappointing. This man was clearly up to no good. Hindsight, I should have just called 911.

The condo was clean and great for families of 3-6. Location is no farther than 10 minutes from anywhere in Rosemary. Bikes were a nice perk and allowed us to get places even quicker! Nice tv’s, comfortable beds, and kitchen was well stocked. Quality washer/dryer combo as well. Property management company was very communicative as well. The only small negative would be that the noise from Hwy 98 is noisy in the mornings so if you enjoy quiet outside while you drink your coffee this will not be your spot.

the condo was just beautiful, the location was perfect easy walk/ bike ride to the restuarants and shops, neighborhood was picture perfect we had many evening walks at night. so very pretty. one disappointment was we needed one hour late check out.that was denied , then at 9:30am on day of check out the cleaning service knocked on the door the tell us again check out time was at 10:00 am. that was not necessary. We felt like we were being pushed out.

The place was better in person than even the pictures and very clean, we were impressed! Communication/info was not great though to start (no maps, pool bike info ect). The pools advertised are very misleading...one is just an owners pool so when they say they have 4 pools, to renters that’s not the case we learned. Also, we were given a late check out because of the communication/info issues and then the cleaners walked in while we were getting ready an hr early and our access code stopped working so we were locked out coming back from bfast. We did have a great stay but frustrating start and finish to it.

We loved staying at just breathe! The location is so convenient within the Rosemary Beach community. The beds were so comfortable, even the bunk beds! We enjoyed the beach and bikes by day and movies on the sofas by night. The throw blankets were a nice touch. We loved having breakfast on the porch in the mornings. This was perfect for us (4 adults)!

We really enjoyed our time at Just Breath Flat. The flat is on the 2nd level but does have an elevator which was very important for my husband who uses a walking device. The flat is well laid out making it easy for my husband to use his walker. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It is true to its listing offering many amenities. Sitting on the balcony with my morning cup of coffee was a highlight.Nothing is very far in Rosemary beach but we loved that it was only a three block walk to the shops. The beach was an easy 10-minute walk for us. The town of Rosemary is very accommodating to the needs of someone who needs assistance walking. Ramps were available whenever we encountered steps. The security person who drives the golf cart around town gave us his phone number in case my husband got tired walking and needed a ride. Beach Services offered a beach wheelchair making it easier to get to our beach chair. There is no charge for the using the wheelchair which is located at the handicap accessible crossover (G). We plan to return to Rosemary Beach next year and will definitely book Just Breath Flat for our accommodation. It is a lovely property.

The condo was mostly great. The major issue we had are that the walls/floors are paper thin. We could hear every single floor creak, step, laughter, drawer opening from the units around us. With 2 young kids, we were constantly barking at them to not run or laugh/yell too loudly b/c we knew we were probably a nuisance. Otherwise, the condo itself is very nice...we got to make our own breakfasts and lunches...we didn't lack anything for cooking. The kids LOVED the bunk beds. We loved eating meals out on the balcony. And it was just across from a green space, where we played football every night with the was so nice. Easy walking to everything in Rosemary.

This was the perfect spot for a few quick days in Rosemary for our family of 6. Bunk beds were cozy for our girls and their friends and king bed was comfy too! Quiet space within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Got to watch a beautiful wedding take place at the park across from our balcony which was dreamy and pretty quiet when doors were closed. Would totally book again!

And the free bikes made it even easier to get around, including touring the interesting and impressive architecture of the homes in the Rosemary Beach area. There even just happened to be a music concert less than a block from the condo one evening that we were able to watch and listen to from our front deck. And although it’s a very popular area, it was never crowded or too busy anywhere we went during our mid-June stay.If you want a relaxing and fun vacation near a beautiful beach and great amenities, this is a great choice!
