If you are attending an event at the Expo Center, what could be better than staying right across the street? You can see Tulsa’s iconic Golden Driller from our backyard! Walk out our backyard gate and down the sidewalk directly into the VIP parking lot of the Expo building. The house is conveniently located near Safari Joe's H2O water park, BOK Center downtown, Midtown attractions, Tulsa University, the Gathering place, and only 2 miles from Old Route 66.

Enjoy the many amenities including a washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 bathrooms with granite and quartz accents, Kitchen with granite counter tops and all the appliances you will need, including a built in TV and wine rack. The open floor plan has wood and stained concrete floors, 6 Smart TV’s with Cable TV and WIFI, a shuffle board in the game room with a western theme. Our large concrete patio with rustic picnic table is a cozy area to cookout, entertain, enjoy the evenings, or your morning coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for over a week and felt like we were at home! We cooked and everything work amazing! Terry Don was always available for communication and couldn’t have asked for a better location to the Expo! We would definitely stay here again!!

My title says it all. We attended a National Cattle Show at the Expo Center. The location could not have been better. If it had not been 100+, it was within walking distance. The house provided everything you need. We all played shuffleboard and other games provided. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. If we ever find ourselves at an event at the Expo Center, I will stay here.

This was out 3rd year staying in this house and we are already booked for next year. It’s nice to walk in and feel like you are at home. They have done a wonderful job of keeping the house in perfect condition and again the location can’t be beat for our Horse Show at the Expo. Hosts are great to work with and quick to respond to any questions!!

We have been staying at this beautiful house for the last 3 years while our company's staff is working in Tulsa. Not only is this house beautiful, but it is clean comfortable, and very spacious! Our host Terry always goes above and beyond to make our stay the best it can be. Terry even at no charge to us sent back some clothing that was let at his house. Top Notch host! Parking is secure and offers lot of space. Location is convenient the Tulsa State Fair and Shopping We look forward to staying again in 2024!

We had 3 families staying here with 5 youth wrestlers. Plenty of space and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. We could easily walk back and forth between sessions. Clean home with everything we needed.

This was our 2nd year staying for the US National Arabian Show and we are already booked for next year! Hosts are awesome, quick to respond to any questions or needs. The house is well stocked and so comfortable and the location can't be beat!!

This is the second year that we have stayed at this property for the Tulsa State Fair. My business, partners and coworkers and myself absolutely love this property. There’s plenty of parking for our vehicles, and lots of room for us! It is decorated very nicely, and it is stocked with everything you need for a stay! We will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with this place. It was clean, inviting, and had lots of entertainment included (games, grills, tv in almost every room (including kitchen), and shuffle board. The location was great and close to absolutely everything. We will definitely stay here again.

I was a little worried about the amount of people we had even though all the other reviews said there was plenty of room. I think the pics make the house seem narrow but there is plenty of space and room to spread out. The backward is spacious and all of the rooms accommodated our group easily. The home is great and decorated in such a charming way. The hightop tables were set up with games and our family and friends LOVED the shuffleboard table. My 80 year old MIL was dominating during our impromptu tournament! The home is centrally located to everything and right across from the EXPO center. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the owners were available if we ever needed them. I am not sure our travels will bring us back to Oklahoma again but if they do we will surely try to stay here again.

This was a great place for 5 family members to stay while our house was getting built. Everything was new and clean and the 4 beds and 3 baths and we set up our office in the game room we had plenty of room. They put a lot of thought into the western decor down to spurs and horseshoes on every shelf! We were able to fit our 5 cars in the driveway as well. TerryDon and John were fantastic hosts and gave instant service the few times we needed. The location is very convenient and close to everything but as dog owners we were a little concerned about the unleashed dogs in the neighborhood and cats getting into the backyard.

It was an awesome house. It worked for needs so well. The house was set up nicely for 2 families to enjoy. The conveniency of the house to the expo center made our stay so easy. After our girls preformed we spent lots of family time together playing shuffle board and cards in the great game room set up. Definitely booking this house again next year!! Thank you

A house that has it all! Our group was thoroughly impressed with the house; it was clean, spacious, and furnished well. Plus the back yard gate to cross the street to the Expo was fantastic. Property Managers were pleasant and very responsive to inquiries. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning to Tulsa in the future.

From the moment we walked in the door to Christmas music playing on the TV, to a couple of packages of cookies on the kitchen counter, this was a very pleasant stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking in the driveway, is very clean and comfortable. The only caveat I might offer is to try out the different mattresses. One was much too hard, one was much too soft. (Also need to wash the comforter - big stain on one). Overall, a great stay - recommend!
