This is a great home and matches the pictures perfectly. We loved the closeness to town and hiking trails while at the same time being on a quiet secluded street. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!
4.8
We stayed at the rental with another family and lived every second. Cozy place to stay and an easy walk/drive to Main Street. Thank you!
4.8
Super convenient to all Breckenrigde fun! Comfortable house with all the necessitates.

We stayed here late May/early June 2024. It's a great location in Breckenridge for hiking, fishing and a quick drive to town. You could walk to main street, but it's a good hike (15 minutes).
The house has everything you need and the grill and hot tub worked perfectly and were put to use. Highly recommend!
4.8
Our group enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. We had plenty of room and hung out together in the kitchen, living room and dining area.
The two car garage was large enough to easily fit two vehicles in, as the parking in front of the garage is currently narrower due to the huge snow piles.
Our friends that used the hot tub said it was extremely clean and they had separate towels available for use with the hot tub.
4.8
We stayed here as a group of friends and the place was immaculate and closely located to town. We would highly recommend and stay here again!
4.8
Great house for 2 families. Calling it ski-in, ski-out is a bit of a stretch and it was more than a 10 minute walk into town.
4.8
3 min drive to ski school at beaver run, 200 yd walk to snowflake trail, plenty of room for everyone, sled trails behind the house for kiddos and probably the most comfortable mattress ever to have been put into a vrbo property in the master!! would def book here again if we did breck! thanks for sharing your home with us!
4.8
Property managers were very responsive, and the condo was nicely appointed. Shuttle is a short walk away, and Beaver Run is about a 10 min walk (uphill portions as expected in mountains).
I'm a stickler on ski-in/ski-out designations. This is not a condo where you glide in or glide out from the facility. But it's not a terrible location.
Our group: expert adults and kids ages 5-11, Level 3-5. Condo is a short, slightly uphill walk on narrow path to the trail to the Snowflake lift for ski-out. Ski school attendees must catch 1st chair to make 9am ski school.
For ski-in, Snowflake Trail is uphill at parts. Even experts will be cross-country/skating in parts, boarders unclipping. For Level 3 and under kids, be prepared to push/pull them at 2-3 spots along trail.

Awesome spot for a ski trip!
4.8
We stayed with our extended family and it was a beautiful spot! The communication was great however we needed it often! We never received our check in info so had to call for it. The fireplace wasn’t working upon arrival so they had to come out and light the pilot. We also were missing sheets for the pull out bed. My dad mentioned he noticed lots of dust in places and it didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. However it was still wonderful and enough professional it didn’t ruin our stay so I don’t want to be too harsh. Felt very “apartment like” so was missing some homey touches.
4.8
Beautiful home, extremely clean and well kept. Convenient to walk to town and nearby trails. Highly recommend.
4.8
Great home with lots of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for larger groups.
4.8
The property was beautiful and very spacious. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for people to spread out. The hottub was a nice addition. We walked to town multiple times as it is an easy walk (less than a mile). Would definitely rebook!
4.8
We had a girls trip to Breckenridge and this house was perfection. So much space and plenty of bathrooms and beds to make everyone comfortable. Great location to Main about 3/4 min away by car, much longer walk with everything up the mountain. Thanks for a great stay!
4.8
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here and it was so close to downtown!
4.8
The home was fantastic. 4 bedrooms and giant living room made the house great for a family or large group. The master bedroom was huge with a separate shower & tub. Appliances were nicer than typical so made the stay more enjoyable.
Check-in process via text/email was GREAT. Easy & convenient.
My only knock was the Ski-out portion. It requires walking about 150 yds which isn't huge, but with younger kids, this may be a slight issue. I wouldn't rate it as exactly ski - out. Ski in via Snowflake required a small walk across a street so take skis off and then, put back on. No real issues here. Neighborhood is on snowflake run, but house isn't exactly.
Other nice touches that makes this a better VRBO -
Pantry was full of extra stuff ( coffee, filters, condiments ) that made the stay much more convenient
Games!! - house had many family games, cards, and poker chips that made for great family time
Location - right up 4'O Clock run made it super close to downtown
Overall, one of the nicer houses that we've rented on VRBO.

Location was perfect

Convenient, spacious and super close to the ski runs
4.8
I've stayed in Breckenridge a few times now and this place has been my favorite so far. Super easy access to the Snowflake run to start and end the day. This location was clean and everything worked as it should. Myself and 9 others stayed here comfortably. Would highly recommend!
4.8
The house was good. The hot tub didn’t work but they did fix it right away. Other than that everything was good.
4.8
No issues, clean.
Wish we had more clean towels

We had a great stay here January 2023. The ski in/ski out option is great. The house had everything we needed with lots of space for extended family. We would absolutely book again. I gave 3 stars for the check in process because it was difficult to locate the property. Step-by-step directions from the property manager would be helpful because our GPS took us behind the property (where there is no access) rather than down the driveway and to the front access.

Got there after dark, GPS said”arrived”. There were 6 homes where we “arrived”. All behind where we’d stopped , all dark. Had to get out of vehicle and walk up to homes to see house number. No “welcoming glow” of even a lamp, no outdoor porch light on. Certainly no heat on. Maintenance said that some owners will not allow heat to be turned on prior to guest arrival. It was -7 out. And 40 degrees downstairs and 60 on main floor. Maintenance brought electric heaters or the guest downstairs would not have been warm. It took 2 days for the heat to warm the main floor. The half bath toilet did not flush, my husband kept repairing it. The hot tub took 2 days as well. One downstairs bathroom had no hot water. The home was decorated beautifully, no cheesy wood hanging of bears and sayings like “welcome to our mountain house”, it was clean, well equipped and other than the plastic mattress protectors the beds were ok, linens nice. Complimentary bottles of water would have been nice also. I own a beach rental and I make the place very welcoming for my guest.

The house was beautiful just as pictured. It was plenty of room for all 12 of us. I loved the heated floors and all of the windows. Enjoyed the hot tub, especially when it was snowing. The only things that was missing, was enough washcloths and a wine cork. The coffee pot didn’t work correctly. Left grounds in our coffee every time.

It was such a perfect cabin getaway for my bachelorette weekend. It was secluded enough, but also felt very safe. Very clean and we loves the hot tub, balcony and overall vibe if the space. There was so much room for the group and the beds were super comfy!

Great Spot
The house was even better than the pictures. Very clean and nice. The ski in / ski out ability is fantastic. We had a great time!

Everything was really great as noted in responses—— only real negative ( and super easy to supply), is the need for a salad bowl—— you can’t promote a place for 12 occupants if you can’t provide a giant salad bowl!!!

Nice property. A little far to be considered ski in/ski out, but able to climb a hill and make it to the slopes (walk home was a little longer). The home had most of the amenities needed for a short stay. Beautiful, well kept home and good location. Perfect for 2 families.

Fantastic Stay
This was a perfect place for our time in Breck. Super comfortable, has lots of space, and is conveniently located to all the fun stuff in Breckenridge. The property management was very helpful and great to work with too. Located right next to the ski slopes, we also enjoyed nice walks around the little lake just a ten-minute walk from the front door. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Breck.
