Brand New Beach House designed by @harrowhomestudio. Located within the "Beach Walk" Community this space offers stunning Lake Michigan views, easy access to the beach, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and off street parking. This is the perfect family getaway. This comfortable and relaxing beach setting will sleep up to 18 adults. We have 3 large decks, grill and outdoor seating.
Enjoy access to community pool, tennis courts, paddle boards, kayaks, playground, 1 min walk to the beach!
This brand new home was designed and furnished to allow for maximum comfort and relaxation while you are on vacation.

The home features a gourmet chef's kitchen where your family can gather around a 6 foot island and 10 foot table with seating for 10.
A spacious living area has 2 conversation areas with a large sectional, tv, and floor to ceiling windows to view the lake.
Our 3 large decks offer ample seating for everyone. Enjoy morning coffee on our front porch with a table and seating for 6 or cook outside on our brand new gas grill. You can dine and lounge outside in both the front and back of the house.
Our bedrooms were designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Each bedroom has brand new luxury mattresses, luxurious cotton sheets, and black out shades so you can rest well on your vacation. Our newly constructed home is quiet, efficient, and comes with on demand hot water (so you don't have to wait your turn for the shower), high efficiency windows, separate hvac systems for sleeping and living areas, and laundry on the second level.
Our property is unique in the beach walk area with off street driveway parking. It offers ample space up to 6 large vehicles. Many guests opt to rent a golf cart through a third party to travel around the neighborhood. *We do not offer golf cart rental through this property.

This home is in Indiana Dunes National Park and Harbor Country area. The area offers endless activities and adventures for all ages. Sandy beaches, hiking trails, casinos, wineries, shopping, and much more await you. Our home is in the beachwalk community - a family friendly beach neighborhood. Enjoy access to pool, tennis courts, paddle boarding, kayaking, playground, weekend family activities and beach access! 1 min walk to the beach!
Once in the beachwalk community you will not need your car. You can walk to all the activities. Many guests choose to rent a golf cart through a third party rental to get around. We are right next to the beach entrance (1 min walk) and a 5 min walk to the pool.
Required: During the on season (Typically Mid May-Mid Oct) All guests must purchase resort wristbands and parking passes through Harrow Home. You can purchase wristbands at the pool for $18 per person per stay over 4 years of age. Parking passes are $7 per vehicle.

Coco is an excellent host and the home is fabulous. This house has all the things you might need- from the beach towels, chairs, outdoor activities to comfortable bedding, many comfy lounging spaces, kitchen accessories and space. Lots of really nice touches! Great home and location.

The house was spacious and well stocked with needed kitchen appliances and dishes. It all was clean and well organized and labeled. It was close to the lake and all of the amenities. The only concern was the carpeting on the stairs. It needed a good cleaning or replaced with a darker color!

House, beach and resort offered a perfect getaway for our family of 17 as we celebrated our 45th anniversary.
In general. all was great… we gave a 4 star on cleanliness as sofa vacuuming had definitely not been done for awhile nor had outside tables. We did not appreciate owners skimping on hand soap, quality of paper products provided, or lack of a single box of facial tissue. Plain and simple… plan to bring your own.
Communications with property manager were excellent.
Upper porch provides a beautiful view and a perfect serenity area.

What an amazing property! We had 11 girls for a shopping weekend getaway and this place met all of our expectations. There were plenty of spaces to relax, beds were great and three full baths made it easy for all of us. We are hopeful to make a return trip! One note I would add would be a couple full length mirrors, but other than that it was amazing. Coco was awesome with communication and made everything easy for us.

I highly recommend this property/resort. The house was perfect for our kids/grandkids and us to have plenty of sleeping options, eating space and places to escape and relax. It was as close to the beach as you can get in BeachWalk. The pool was nearby and perfect for kids. Splash Pad, Baby Pool and Adult pool were clean with lots of seating options.
Anyone traveling with young children should check out this place!

Met our large family’s needs!
We maxed out the house and still had enough room. The grandkids had a great time all sleeping together in the upper dorm room. The house is well equipped with everything you think you might need for a large family, complete with baby bed and beach items. The pool and activity area is a short walk down a quiet path, and the boardwalk to the beach is right across the street, making this a great location. The owners are very easy to communicate with and live close by. Glad we stayed here.

Great vacation home
Well kept and well stocked. This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 16. Beds were comfortable and the patios were great for seeing sunsets or enjoying the breeze off the lake. The walk to the beach is the shortest of any of the properties which was a huge plus. Close to the pool and store along with Kai Lake. The dunes can be daunting to walk for anyone with disabilities.

Perfect and accommodating
Spent a weekend at Grand Tuna with 4 families with total of 7 kids (5yo-newborn). The house is perfect, the kitchen is stocked with everything plus some. Bonus pantry and extra fridge was very helpful. Open concept main floor is great for hanging out, small sand area off back deck for the kids to play. 3 decks (top deck perfect for sunrise and coffee)! 10 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to a local park is perfect for families. The bedrooms are great, plenty of room for everyone. We are looking to make this an annual trip the house is just that perfect.

We have two kids under 3. We’ve been in dire need of a beach vacation. We gave Michigan City a chance. Perfect getaway and an ideal house to stay in! The house is straight from an HGTV show. It’s amazing.

Loved this house!
We have stayed at numerous other house in Beachwalk. This is by far the best, most clean, and most conveniently located house in Beachwalk. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back!

Rental is just a 5 min walk to the beach and they provided a wagon to lug chairs/umbrella/kids/etc. The Beachwalk community was so quaint and offered great amenities to add to our stay. We enjoyed the pool, playground, snack bar and ice cream shop. They had tennis, volleyball and water sports available as well. We had some local family visit for dinner (BBQ) on the deck and they were impressed with our rental as well. Nicole was very prompt in responding to messages/questions both prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Accomodations
We literally rented this beautiful house the day before we arrived! This required Nicole to get her cleaning person into the property and get it ready quickly - which she did. In addition, Nicole was extremely accommodating and attentive, responding quickly to any questions we had. The Boardwalk development where the house is located has a lot of things to do and the house itself was very close to the beach. Great house, awesome manager. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Nicole!
